It's clean a pretty, and replacing the bearings was certainly a good start, but you need a weather-tight bushing where the power cord enters the pump from the pressure switch. Also, if you didn't change the O-rings and seals, that would have been a mistake. Didn't see any new ones go into the pump.

You did not replace mechanical seal and o-rings.Do not spin the pump whit out of wather,you will burn the mechanical seal
