Ed Davey promises he represents voters in the South

The Liberal Democrats are gearing up for the next general election - they've launched a "pre-manifesto", setting out an early version of the pledges they hope will win them votes.
But at the party's conference in Bournemouth, they've faced criticism for focussing on the "Blue Wall" - Conservative strongholds in the South of the country - and neglecting voters in our region.
