I think truck brackets can be easily made using a press.
I can tell you that changing trucks from the stock ones made (at least for me) a big difference. According to the manufacturer, the stock ones are Paris v2 150mm 50°. I rechanged them with Paris V3 150mm 50° and in my opinion, they weigh less than V2 and have better maneuverability. That's really really strange to me that you're buying the newest hyped model and you're getting V2 instead of V3?
With that change, the board rides like a dream.
Yeah i was confused too, loaded probably has a lot of them in stock, thanks for the hint tho. Gonna test some wild Setups in the next couple if weeks, and gonna review them ;)
🎉🎉🎉🎉😂😂❤❤❤🎉😢😢😮😮😅😊
Bear Gen 6 trucks work really well with the Zee brackets. I run them with 5 deg wedge risers front and back (de-wedged rear 40deg truck and wedged 50deg front) with 90mm Boa Hatchling V3 74A wheels on a G-Bomb X26 platform.
Sounds Awesome!
Im really interested how well the Zee brackets hold up for pumping, notice any possible breaking points ?
🤙🏼🤙🏼⚡🤙🏼🤙🏼
*80-85mm is the "goldilox" of wheel sizes*
It truly might be. I will check 90s at some point :D
How it compares to the Phanteon pranayama?
They are very similar in a lot of ways, ride hight, plattform size and mainly differ in the truck Department.
I generally prefer RKP on a longboard BUT:
The Pranayama imo rides smoother, has nicer flex and is more comfortable for longer rides.
I chose the Fathom for better portability for traveling(But if you only remove the hangers from the Pranayama it's also pretty small) and some fun carvey turning. The Pranayama feels a little different due the tkps, but still very good.
Tha Fathom can be customized much better, the Pranayama is limited in that regard.
So my final verdict for me :
Pranayama wins most of the time, but
Fathom is also a lot of fun.
Hows the construction on the brackets? They're plastic/composite. After this time, have they held up?
Yeah for me they have been solid. Hearing mostly positive stuff but some breakage ocasionly. Also curb crashes can get them broken
Muito bom o seu vídeo 👍.....obrigado
Obrigado irmão!
stock complete comes with Paris V2 150mm 50°
Thanks for the hint, just saw it on their homepage :D
I'm getting the supersonic
Good Choice!
Hey man, so I saw your compact setup with he qwik trucks and the bandito and I was wondering if you could tell if the zee bracket and the g bomb glass drop are around the same height? I'm thinking about getting the zee ones cuz I already have the glass drops to mess around with, and it would be cool to be able to combine them both. Thanks!
Phew, good question, I would say you can match them, by using drop risers. It Also depends on truck height.
But it would be doable
Is the zee bracket lower then? I'm just wondering if I should get them because I already have the glass drops and I'm trying to think about what makes them different and if it's worth it for me. I know you can drop them further with risers but it's not a lot. There is also the benefit of the truck being drop through mounted so it's not as responsive but then you can dewedge the glass drops up to -15 so idk mannnnnnn
@@eloitsreno They are stiffer, thats why i prefer them. I wouldn't say that you need them if you already have GDs
Would this with caguamas/speed vents be better than the pantheon pranayama?
@@enderbro-dt9iz I don't think the Fathom is bad, to have a better comparison:
It's not as good as the trip, comparing Rkps to Rkps. the Trip is just so much more refined. I prefer the Prana but that's Personal preference. lots of people love the trip.
But you won't regret any of those boards!
@@skate-horizons Thanks ill probably get the eternal ember BLEM sale over the pranayama/trip and fathom since its much cheaper. Is there a major difference between the ember and pranayama and which is more worth it?
@@enderbro-dt9iz I had both, both great boards!
the blem eternal ember will be indestructible with that construction.
It however sits higher but has kicktails. It's pretty fun tho!
I still prefer the Prana over the ember for ease of pushing!
@@skate-horizons Is the pushing difference between the ember and pranayama major or slight?
@@enderbro-dt9iz I think it's noticable, better ask pantheon directly for that, they can help you more!
Hi, wondering if anyone could help. I’m new ish to longboarding/skateboarding I’ve been riding an exway X1 max but after coming off and dislocating my shoulder, i’m opting to commuting with something less crazy, as well as lighter and easier to take on the london underground.
I’m contemplating between the Loaded Fathom or the Pantheon Pranayama.
(Round up) I’m 40yr old, I am looking for something easy to push to the station, get on a train, get home quickly and roll over dodge pavements/sidewalks easily.
Would love to hear anyone’s opinion before i drop £260-£400 on a board.
Both fun Boards, i would go with the pranyama. Curbs are always an issue but for commuting it's great.
Get it with SpeedVents. The TKPs are stable at pushing speeds and the board is low while being divey enough for corners.
It's on the lighter side and a joy to ride. I will give it a review at some point
Amazing thank you. 👍🏾
I’m 98kg/216lb im guessing i’ll be ok. i look forward to your video. love the content 👍🏾
@@shameernisa4165 I think the prana would work but you might be at the outer level for weight. Best ask Jeff at Pantheon Longboards!
At 100kg i think a Carbon trip or a Supersonic XL might be better!
Haha i’ve just place my order, I will definitely let you know how it goes. Either that or it’s a good excuse for me to lose some of this christmas fat lol 😂
How would you compare the fathom, pranayama and trip for pushing and comfort? Thanks:)
@@yuding237 Prana, Trip Fathom in that order!
But all very fun!
@@skate-horizons if, would the prana be good with rip trucks? For pushing tkp trucks would be unnecessary right. Thanks
@@yuding237 No the Prana is tkp only.
They set the board very low and feel easy to maneuver!
@@skate-horizons I meant if I swapped out the trucks to rkp which I prefer, which of these 3 boards would feel better for pushing/coasting as well as shock absorption and comfort? Btw are the 77a blue dad bods better than the orange dad bods? Thanks:)
@@yuding237 well if Rkps only it is between trip and fathom.
both fine. If you want that extra large wheel fathom else trip. Both are gonna be good, I would prefer the trip as a better all around packag, but of course it's limited in wheel size. Never tried the blue dad bods!
The deck is not available seperately, is it?
Sadly it's a few cm too slong for hand luggage, so you'd always have to sweat and pray a little when boarding a plane.
Does it flex a bit with the brackets? I like the little concave at the ends, looks good for pumping (with other brackets of course ;)
You can get it on Sickboards ;)
But i would rather go for the Pantheon Bandito. If you don't intend to use the dadbods!
@@skate-horizons For the same price absolutely - way overpriced for a loaded deck. I'm looking for a 55cm hand luggage deck though. And also I don't want to spend much on that very occasional "travel deck". For now I have a cut down downhill platform deck. Nice for the concave lock in feeling, though I'd prefer some more flex in the deck, not just the brackets. Tried a tiny board before and mounted the brackets, just like you with your eggboard, but that was way too flexy. so the search goes on. :D
@@GermanBadGuy When you put it it diagonal, the size will most likely fit!
The pranayama with the hangers removed will most likely also work ;)
Im considering puting traditional trucks on to go even lower, whats your thoughts. Such as the tensor mag lights
i use indy 215s on several double drop boards, they only have micro drops maybe 2cm depending on the pavement and the wheel base belly drag can get exciting but switching to 97mm wheels plus will keep this to a minimum.
Hard to carry? Bro, I'm crying... My electric skateboards weigh 8-14kg!
Carry with arms? Grow a pair lol...
