"8.0 is going to be a huuuuge update". Yes it is. Barely a few weeks after players have got used to Alliances and Citadel Wars, and a few weeks before that a new (for many people worse) PVP system, a few weeks before that somethings else, and so it goes on.... I am genuinely intrigued to know why you find it necessary to keep adding complicated new modes what seems non-stop, especially when there are so many areas of the game that still need work or refinement. One thing I can tell you is, a lot of people REALLY hate having to rebuild 10 new PVP teams every single week with the odd exception here and there on top of everything else they feel they have to do to remain competitive. It feels like sometimes you are actually trying to put people off the game by making things too overcomplicated, or annoying, with new mode upon new mode, while actually ignoring a lot of what players really want, which is a game that is FUN (fun, not being, a 'chance' of getting something we need from Burning Chests... I know already I will be getting a naff Icon or Silver Marks I don't really care for way too many times) 🙂
Thank you for the video. It answered a lot of questions I had after reading the news article from a few days ago. Two notes. I do not agree that there should be two Nexus Immortals as I would have preferred for each kingdom to have one before issuing seconds. Second, I think the center panel of the troop triptych should have an indicator as to the Immortal's home region. I would think this could be accomplished the same way as the faction troops show both the kingdom and faction affiliations.
Check your own forums and it's clear this isn't what the playerbase wants at all. More payments in the game then what's already there while other issues remain without being fixed. Will not buy anything in this game anymore because of this update. You're pushing your playerbase away with this dumb focus on PvP and having messed up the overworld and troop UI to make room for more begging for money pop ups being thrown in our faces.
Burning chests are an absolutely awful idea! What will players need? Only immortal souls to upgrade a troop. What will playes get? Useless silver marks. We used to pay for getting in-game stuff. Now you want us to pay for a chance of getting it. 8.0: Immorals
@overthinking6825 agreed. 10 new troops cool. If previous units are any indication of the new ones like 3 or so will be good 2 will be OK and the rest aren't worth using ever really.
So much pay to win, and the new burning chests just SUCK as a mechanic. They're just dragon eggs but more complicated and less rewarding. This update is a huge miss for me.
Perhaps if you looked after your existing players on Switch, many wouldn't have quit! I no longer spend any real with you after the diabolical 'compensation' you gave all your players, Switch players were 9 months behind remember! The resources you compensated us with you could easily achieve in a few hours of play. Perhaps sort existing issues out first before introducing new measures, you know the saying if it ain't broke don't fix it !
Where is the guild wars? They are slowly killing the game. Many players stop playing because there are no guild wars and you are worried about making money? It's not easy at all.
is gems turning into pq3? I like pvp, but not that much. Why don't you guys rework treasure hunt ect? PvP isn't everybodies thing. Why push through while we need magic kingdoms and kingdoms for primal, appocolypse, guardians, vault. Do you guys ever listen to what players ask for (not the complainers those have to bitch about everything) Gems is for some therapy. Why are you guys trying so hard to kill this game?😭
this makes me want to drop pvp and never touch it again kicking off with a flagrant, insulting lie, "we're listening to feedback," makes me want to uninstall altogether

I think I hate this. Love gems of war. But this sounds like the opposite of fun.
