    I really need to say this, Bruce for me is a unique type in what he has done and represents, many have not even done a third of what he has done, he is not a paper dragon, not the best, but an impressive guy of course he was, usually those who criticize and offend him as if it were something personal, they are loudmouths and excuse their frankness, cowardly soft asses who don't know how to throw a punch properly, good job to the goldenbell training channel

    That's actually his 3 inch punch. When you extend your fingertips to the target it's 3 inches. The 1 inch punch is from the second knuckle, that's 1 inch. It's slightly less powerful than the 3 inch punch but has the same explosiveness in powerful. There's also the 6 inch punch where Bruce would line up for the 3 inch, then birng his fist back 3 more inches then POW! This is much more powerful and he could send the guy back ( in the chair) about 6-8 feet. Many people confuse these and group them all as the 1 inch punch, but that is simply not accurate.

He would also do dragon flag workouts for over 10 minutes he knew wing chun boxing wrestling akito karate kung fu and mixed them together into his own style called jeet kune do a martial art that I'm currently learning and oh my God it is extremely effective don't tell me a faker made not only millions praise him but made his own style that is a combination of amarican and Chinese martial arts
      Want more info about him watch berdys videos there's so much more to uncover him playing ping pong with knunchucks using knunchucks to light matches and break tiny matches in the sky and bruce lee lifting his whole body in game of death by just his hands

    • @Monkforilla
      @Monkforilla ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi just wanted to chime in 👋
      The guy could’ve stood however he wanted , but it was just a demonstration of how Bruce can control his power while remaining explosive force. He’s said himself somewhere that it is not a fighting technique. It is just a demonstration of power.

    • @tubucoco
      @tubucoco ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Well, it was a demonstration of one's power, to gauge one's power. That's why the guy stood like that, not many people can knock someone back into a chair like he just did. Even with a bladed stance like you're saying with 1 foot in front of the other foot, he would have moved the guy some, just not as much as when he stood parallel. Some people can punch a person with their feet side by side or parallel like that, and they still wouldn't move them much. This demonstration showed how powerful Bruce was for someone so small.
