Hi Cyber! I just started this Tangem Wallet. And I transferred a little amount of money just to try it. But I don't know how to withdraw that money to my GCash (it's like our PayPal here in the Philippines)
You’d need to send it back to a crypto exchange, sell it, then cash out to a bank account. Or sell it to your bank directly in the app. You can’t withdraw directly to something or like PayPal

The seed phrase is the most important part of any crypto wallet. It’s not likely that you’ll need to use it unless you lose all your cards or they get damaged. Just make sure to store it in a secure location

I currently dont have any crypto. I've been holding off on buying in until BTC drops down a bit again but I think im just going to take the same approach i do with the stock market and average in over time

Love this topic! I’d HIGHLY recommend getting the Tangem wallet if you’re a digital nomad. It’s durable, discreet, and extremely secure. They also have the Tangem Ring that’s a cold wallet ring. No charging, no firmware updates, imo the best choice for nomads. No. MoonPay can’t freeze your crypto as it’s still on the cold wallet. Once you send it, the transaction process is already initiated. Whereas if you have crypto sitting on an exchange, they can freeE your account/lock funds

Not necessarily. Cold wallets like Tangem use centralized aggregators to sell. So it’s similar to using a centralized exchange. That said, if you swap one crypto for another via Tangem (which is technically selling) you can choose to swap using a CEX or DEX depending on the token you’re swapping

No. That’s not how crypto wallets work. All wallets use a true random number generator to create a truly random seed phrase. And all seed phrases are derived from a list of 2000 pre determined words.
No risks as the key to your wallet remains on the device. It’s not exposed to any threats. Even if your computer got malware, your hardware wallet remains secure

Many people have spam/scam coins in their wallet (myself included). They’re harmless unless you start to try to interact with them. My advice: if you didn’t buy a coin yourself and it shows up in your wallet, don’t touch it. You can hide it using your wallet, but don’t try to sell it or waste money sending it.

If you enjoy using the Nano S, I think it’s worth upgrading to the Nano S Plus at the very least. I wouldn’t say it’s an inherent security risk now, but you may as well upgrade to the latest model.

Yes and know. Someone can easily read the words on paper. But it’s nearly impossible to access on the device unless you have the authority to access it.. Also, if you don’t have a cold wallet, what are you using to manage your crypto? A hot wallet? It’s not only a secure storage device, but also a secure management device.

@@raphaelkb8034 Possibly. But I have a thick otterbox case on my iPhone and the card scans without issues. I guess it depends on your iPhone model too. I have the 15 Pro. I’d try the things I suggested. And if that doesn’t work, try it without your case on just to see if that’s the issue.

Both. You can sell certain cryptos directly in the Tangem app straight to your bank or transfer to an external exchange and cash out there.

I gues you have to connect your trezor to the trezor app and ledger to the ledger app to move funds around, but is there any risks in doing this?

Sometimes when i scan my tangem card it says theres an error then i have to do it again. Is this something that has happened to you?
You might be holding it in the wrong place on your phone or not holding it long enough. I don’t have that issue. Also make sure the app is updated.
