- Well, his release was a mess, 1 strike has missing code AND he gets to cancel them even though they are basically instant attacks that can't be blocked unless the opponent is standing and able to press any card, his breaker gets armor during the dash so meaning it both dodges all projectiles AND gets to win breaker clashes, the only good thing is animations, nothing else is nice about him. And his talent tree's design is just retarded in every way.

What do fans do when a new character comes out unbalanced? they spend over $100 on it MAKING NWAY richer probably made a million plus this weekend on the sad unbalanced game they produce. We have been rewarding NWAY's incompetence and that's why they only do 1 balance patch a year and don't care about maintenance of the game. As long as you are enslaved to buy the character
Honestly I'm just glad Billy finally has another playable appearance. So far every member of the original MMPR team had at least two except him. Now here's hoping we get a character with the metallic armor!

He's really broken, l tried to block the strike but the strike broke the defence, no offense but sounds a little unfair
His animations are great in 2 months they will raise 1 of his strikes to 4 cost probably

Ninjetti Billy is cool, but this is a big problem because he is too high overall. And the next problem is, you cant get Billy without paying. Creating a dream team is so much harder because this game is only a money machine. No money, no luck, and you cant level up. Now we have more overall characters: Tommy Morpher, Tommy Turbo, Ninjetti Billy, Ninjetti Rocky, Ninjetti Aisha, Tanya Zeo, Dana Lightspeed Ranger, Aiyon Gold Ranger, Zayto Zenith Ranger, Amelia Red Ranger, Poisandra, Spaark, Scorpina.
And the biggest Question, where is Ninjetty Kimberly? So much Rangers are missing and this is strange. So many Years time to creater her, but never made it into the game.
