I was born 3 months early. I was in the NICU. Even as a guy, getting made fun of for wanting to be a NICU nurse, I believe this is exactly what I am meant to do in life.

I am a first time mom. My daughter 6 is months now. We recently visit the Children’s ER and she tested positive for CoVID. I refuse to stay away from my daughter while she was sick even if it means I come up positive. I tested myself and came up positive. I did everything to take care of her and I. My job never stops when I am off the clock. While being quarantined, I thought long and hard about my career. I want to go back and be a pediatric nurse and move up to Neonatal Nurse. My daughter is my cheerleader and biggest motivator.

NICU survivor here, my dream is to work with children or baby’s in either special education or physical therapy field. I would also love to work in the NICU and I’m here even after I was not put into the NICU after birth and only weighed 3 pounds, I have CP, semi paralysis on my left side, low muscle tone and a brain tumor as well as a few more physical disabilities. I’m now 12 and an all star cheerleader who’s very active outside and inside and living the life I couldn’t imagine I would have because of all the wonderfull NICU staff and Gillette’s childrens hospital

The prophet of Allah (God) made mandatory the practise of Taḥnīk (تَحْنِيكِ) for newborn babies, which is an Islamic ceremony of touching the lips of a newborn baby with honey, sweet juice or pressed dates. Originally the date was softened by mastication by the pious person and rubbed on the infant's palate.
The taḥnīk also *exercises the muscles of the mouth* and helps with the *circulation of blood* in the mouth - this may help the baby to be able to suck and take mother's milk. It is also credited to prevent *neonatal hypoglycemia* in newborn babies.
Now tell me. The western world has just acquired this knowledge. With all the gadgets and equipment and technology and professional knowledge, skills and team work - how did a man who neither knew how to read and write at the time of his prophethood, *know* such a thing? Among some many other miracles and prophecies of the future.
There is no god except Allah and Muhammad is his Messenger.
    This is the truth.
    This is the truth.
    This is the truth.
