- Cesarean delivery जिसे c-section भी कहा जाता है - एक सामान्य प्रक्रिया है। जब गर्भवती माँ labour में चली जाती है तो कभी कभी Cesarean करने की नौबत आती है और डॉक्टर Cesarean करने की सलाह देते है। कुछ c-section पहले से निर्धारित होते हैं, लेकिन कभी कभी कुछ ऐसे complications होते है की डॉक्टर नार्मल delivery केलिए मना करते है और Cesarean delivery करने के लिए बोलते है। तो आज इस वीडियो में डॉ. सुप्रिया पुराणिक सिजेरियन के 3 महत्वपूर्ण कारण (Reasons for C-section/Cesarean Delivery in Hindi) बताने वाली है। तो जानते है की सिजेरियन के 3 महत्वपूर्ण कारण कोनसे कोनसे है।
Cesarean delivery मतलब क्या होता है ? (cesarean delivery kaise hoti hai)- 0:40
Cesarean का मतलब होता है की surgery द्वारा बच्चे का जन्म होना। ये बच्चे का जन्म 28 वे हफ्ते के बाद कभी भी जब surgery से हो जाता है तो उसे Cesarean और C-section कहा जाता है।
Cesarean delivery के कारन (Reasons for c-section)- 0:58
१. Passage : शिशु जिस रस्ते से गुजरना चाहता है , उस रस्ते में कुछ दिख्खते रहती है तो Cesarean करने के सम्भावनाये रहती है।
-उसका पहला कारन रहता है CPD (cephalopelvic disproportion) जिसमे कभी कभी हमारे pelvic area की cavity छोटी रहती है जिसके वजहसे से शिशु का सर आसानी से बहार नहीं आ सकता। कभी कभी शिशु का सिर बोहोत बड़ा रहता है तो वह उस cavity से नहीं जा सकता उस वक्त Cesarean करना पड़ता है।
-हमारे pelvis में अगर fibroids / cyst हो तो शिशु के पास जगह नहीं होती की वह pelvis में उतर जाए।
-कभी कभी गर्भाशय के मुख पे आवाल या central placenta previa होता है जिसके कारन गर्भाशय का मुँह पूरा बंद हो जाता है और जबतक हमारा आवल बहार नहीं आ जाता तब तक Cesarean delivery करना मुश्किल हो जाता है। इस स्थिति में बोहोत सारी bleeding होने के chances होते है इसलिए Cesarean delivery की जाती है।
2. Passenger- 3:16
यनेके भ्रूण जिसको passenger कहा जाता है। कभी कभी बच्चा उल्टा रहता है (Breech baby ) तो इस वक्त नार्मल डिलीवरी में शिशु को डिलीवर करना मुश्किल हो जाता है तो इसलिए breech position में डॉक्टर्स Cesarean delivery करने की सलाह देते है।
कभी कभी शिशु आढ़ा रहता है उसके वजहसे वह निचे pelvis में उतर नहीं पाता तब उस वक्त c-section करना पड़ता है।
Delivery के दौरान शिशु की तरफ जानेवाला blood flow कम हो जाता है और कभी कभी शिशु ये सेहेन नहीं कर पाता। बच्चा अंदर suffocate हो जाता है और अंदर potty कर लेता है , बच्चे के heartbeats कम होना शुरू होते है उसको हम fetal distress कहते है। इस वक्त बच्चे की तुरंत डिलीवरी Cesarean द्वारा करनी पड़ती है।
कभी कभी शिशु के आजु बाजु का amiotic fluid भी बोहोत कम रहता है तब भी fetal distress होने की सम्भावनाये रहती है। तब डॉक्टर Cesarean करने की सलाह देते है।
जब शिशु अविकसित होता है जिसको IUGR (Intrauterine growth restriction) कहते है तब शिशु डिलीवरी pain नहीं सेहेन कर सकता तब डॉक्टर को cesarean करना पड़ता है।
3. Power- 5:17
यनेके labor pains , जब labor pains बोहोत ही कम रहते है तब डॉक्टर्स दवाइयों के जरिये उसको बढ़ाने की कोशिश करते है फिर भी कभी कभी ये बिलकुल बढ़ते नहीं है और माँ की normal delivery वही रुक जाती है। labor pains आते रहते है पर गर्भाशय का मुख खुलता नहीं है , उस समय Cesarean delivery करनी पड़ती है।

इन 3 नो कारणों के अलावा माँ की वजह से भी डॉक्टर्स को Cesarean delivery करवानी पड़ती है। कभी आवल गर्भाशय में छूट जाता है जिसको abruptio placenta कहा जाता है। तो यह शिशु केलिए और माँ केलिए भी खतरनाक होता है। इसीलिए urgent delivery करवानी पड़ती है तब c-section किया जाता है।
कभी कभी pregnancy में BP बोहोत ज्यादा बढ़ जाता है जिसके कारन माँ को झटके आने लगते है तो इसवक्त भी cesarean delivery करनी पड़ती है
कभी कभी पहेली डिलीवरी cesarean की जाती है और उस वक्त डॉक्टर्स नार्मल डिलीवरी का प्रयास करते है। उस वक्त डॉक्टर्स को पता नहीं होता की cesarean delivery का scar कितना heal हुआ होगा क्योकि वो कभी कभी बोहोत ही पतला होता है और labor pains के दौरान वह फटने के सम्भावनाये रहती है वह हमारे भ्रूण केलिए बोहोत ही खतरनाक होता है और उसके साथ माँ को internal bleeding होता है।
कभी कभी माँ में medical कारने रहती है जिस वजह से cesarean करना पड़ता है।

I think India has lot of unnecessary C sections going on. Well known that it leads to a bigger bill and more money for the nursing home or the hospital. There are no checks in India and there is no impetus from the govt to put more focus for natural birth which should be the preferred case if there is no anomaly. Is there any statistical study which the team can point to regarding the number of C sections happening in India in the past two decades and the reasons for it.

It's not alone with doctor fault.. It at times depends on the patient and family.. Some ppl don't want their babies to be born in certain dates, so they do c-section.. Some women doesn't cooperate with doctor for vaginal examination, so it's difficult for doctors.. Also mostly nowadays no physical activity and healthy life that's reason.. Recently I checked the package for delivery for there's only a difference of 4000rs between normal and c section... Already my doctor as recommended me to do yoga which help me losen my plevic muscle and do exercise and do household things with does not involve to much bending.. So that I can have more stamina during my labour

Good evening madam 37 to 38 weeks Starting main cesarean ke liye ja sakte hain kya reports sab normal thyroid control mein hai aur baby ka weight almost 4 kgs ke upar hai madam. Yah hum 39 weeks complete hone ka wait Karen thank you madam hope you will reply us soon 🙏😊

I had c section delivery last month .I have doubts about this.actually two days before on the delivery I had false labor pain only fir 2hours .later it stopped.n after two days Amniotic fluid breakage happened and Uterus is not opened fully. so they waited for 6hours .at last c section done..
Is this case or this dicision is correct from dr side to do the c section ?is this case will come under c section reason?

Mam, meri First delivery normal thi pr baby after 10 minute uski death ho gai thi, or 2nd c-section baby hua h, wo ab 5 years ka h. Last year ek misscarrge hua tha 2month pr, ab fir meri delivery h 22january EDD h. Meri Dr. Ne muje bola ki tumhara opration ka pet h opration hi hoga, dusre Dr. Se bat ki to unhone bhi kaha ki hm risk ni le skte opration hi krwa lo, mai kya krunga muje samajh ni aa ra h mam
Normal delivery or caesarean depends upon lot of factors which your treating dr can judge after seeing you and your baby's overall health. So pls follow your doctor's advice.
