    ડો. સાહેબ ડાયાબીટીસ વિશે જ્ઞાનવર્ધક અને લોકો ની આહાર માટે ની ખોટી માન્યતા ઓ ગેરસમજ દૂર કરનાર માહિતી બદલ આપનો ખુબ આભાર.
    મને 1999 માં ડાયાબીટીસ થયા ની જાણ થતાં આપની સારવાર થી 22 વર્ષે પણ આજ દિન સુધી કોઈ તકલીફ નથી.મારા અનુભવે આપણી ગુજરાતી થાળી એજ ડાયાબીટીસ ની સરસ દવા છે. પરંતુ આપે જેમ કહયું તેમ ઓછા પ્રમાણ માં લઇ શકાય. આજકાલ લોકોએ અનેક જાતના વીડિયો બનાવી દર્દીઓ ને ગેરમાર્ગે દોરી કમાણી નું સાધન બનાવી દીધું છે.

      થેંક્યું ખુબ ખુબ આભાર આટલી સરસ માહિતી આપી. હવે મને વોશરૂમ વધારે જાવું પડે છે અને પગના તળિયા માં બરતરા થાય છે રીપોર્ટ કઢાવ્યો તો ડાયાબિટીસ આવ્યું 225. અને ચાર દિવસ પછી ફરી થી રીપોર્ટ કઢાવ્યો તો ડાયાબિટીસ 271 આવ્યું તો શું આ વધારે કહેવાય શરીર ભારે છે વેઈટ 87 કિલો છે તો મારે શું કરવું જોઈએ. ઉપાય બતાવશો શરીર માં ગર્મી ખુબ જ છે તમે ખુબ ખુબ સરસ માહિતી આપી છે એટલે હું આ કોમેન્ટ કરી રહીં છે જય શ્રી કૃષ્ણ

    જય શ્રી કૃષ્ણ Dr સાહેબ,,,🙏🏻 જો જમ્યા પહેલા નો ડાયાબિટીસ 275 અને જમ્યા પછી નો 376 આવ્યો હોય અને 3 મહિના નો everage ડાયાબીટીસ 275.31 ( HBA1C (M) - 11.22) હોય તો કઈ રીતે પર્હેજી કરવી પડે? અને ડાયાબિટીસ control માં આવે પછી તમે વિડિયો માં જે કીધું તે બધી વસ્તુ માં થી દિવસ દરમ્યાન કોઈ પણ એક જ વસ્તુ માપસર ખવાય ? K એક થી વધારે વસ્તુ એક જ દિવસમાં તમારા કીધા પ્રમાણે ના માપ માં ખાય તો ચાલે? પ્લીઝ reply અપવા વિનંતી છે 🙏🏻
