I do love the pattern of the cut willow, it really is a beautiful wood. With the finger and the nail gun, when I was building my house, me and my table saw didn't see eye to eye, what a surprise, I cut down the center of my middle finger, took two motrin as I'm running it under cold water for about a good 10mins just missed the bone check for shrapnel "non" doctored it rapped it and went to work, things happen in a split second and sometime just happen. Try and be safe love ya Afriend.

I have a ton of respect for table saws. They are one of the few tools I treat with that amount of respect. Good thing we have a high pain tolerance lol!

Enjoy your videos. Always informative. As I mentioned before, I'll be milling a willow oak (or rather, having it milled) about 30-35 inches in diameter. My hope is that there is no ring shake or anything else that make the effort/expense futile. Or, it'll be expensive firewood. Take care of the finger...

Fingers are all good. Well except for the one a cut on a 2x12 joist hanger lol. I have been working on my house a lot lately so I need to get it cleaned up so I can show some progress. Once it cools down I have a bunch of pine to mill and catalpa.

kckrye it’s known as both wind snake and ring shake. I just used both terms. I can change the title so they are both the same. Didn’t realize I did that haha
