Roof has another flat sir and no issues there.. wetness comes only in the bottom section above tiles for 1 feet.. if weather is sunny, it goes away automatically

In apartments they will give a shrunken pit beneath bathroom flooring to collect draining water if it was not done properly or not at all done this problem arises. All the best.
