Everything is ok, effort & cost. But most pertinent question is- how long the wall will find same. I guess maximum two to three years. After the wall condition will restore in same condition as it was before. You can't resist the flow of water inside the wall unless find the source of dampness and do the action as appropriate to check the same.
There is two types of wall ...
One is likeg wall...that you have to repair frome where is the likeg folt.
Second is moisture wall ....
You have to repair after ४ to ५ yers...now there is good solutions for this wall...one which this person showd us 👍

This is just a temporary solution, waterproofing be done from positive side, below the tiles im the bathroom. That is the cause of leakage.

Repair inner part of the wall, becz main problem is in the inner side of the wall. Its not a prooer solution.
You must do waterproofing of bathroom floors first. Water collecting under Bathroomtiles is the reason for dampness outside bathroom wall
How to do this
Exactly, without fixing the bathroom floor tiles first this job is pure waste, it will again be same like this
Its like adding perfume without washing anal after motion.

As a maintenance bricklayer ,city ang guilds trained .your methods are short term .aproper job is to put in a traditional d.pc for rising damp plus a thorough cavity clean ,secondly if damp is occuring at high level ( upstairs) check chimney ,flaunching,flashing ,pointing ,gutters,need to be clean and a check on the membrane under the tiles,also timbers for wet rot..many things to be checked ,fixed, is it cavity or solid wall,how porous are the brick.ect ,any one that reads this ,I can offer full quality advice

Mene apni kitchen wall par distemper kia hai. Agar diwar par pani ke chhite pad rahe hai to wo nikal raha hai pani ke sath. Wo hamesa nikalega kya?

Dampproof is not suggested to walls adjusent to washroom or capillary actions, you must apply dampblock 2K on brick level and then repair wall.

Why you add wall putty with plaster of paris??? Ís it for better waterproofing or just fill the gaps???
pls tell me ki meri bedroom ki wall pure plaster wall hai 20years purani ,but uspe paints ki kai layer ki wajah se wo smooth ho gai hai, medium level pe smooth hai ab mughe uspe wall smothing karni hai to mein kya karu pehle white cement fhir putti ki direct putti, kyonki mere dusre room mein direct putti hui hai but wo papadi chutne lagi Or wall dull ho gayi hai to kya karu pls suggest. For ultra smooth and shiny wall ( budget time tension nhi hai but durable or shiny wall chahiye))))

1) agar pehle se wall paint kia ho sealen se paint aur cement jhad jaaye kahi se tou kya hum us wall par jahan se cement nikla hai us par cement + 301dr.fixit ka ghol mar kar fir dam proof laga kar uske baad wall putty main 301 ko mix karke laga saktey hai...Please pura pardkar jawab de..
2). Aur ghar ke charo tarf bhar se andar pani ki sealen naa aaye tou kya hum cement ke ghol ke upper dam proof karwa kar paint karwa saktey hai...
