Awesome! Congrats. Please share your thoughts once you've had some rides. I've just finished 2 weeks riding the Advanced 2 I reviewed and am absolutely impressed, and surprised by how good the bike was in more rolling terrain typically where you'd want a trail bike.
Not sure if I should upgrade I'd like a bit more travel over my trance x but as it's stand I love my bike. Just that occasional bottom out is a bit frustrating... Also considering direct, love my trance x overall but I've had a ton of issue with Giant dealers locally being incompetent, also couldn't get anything fixed in timely delays at two store. Local giant store outright refused to help... You guys seems trustworthy but my advice to anyone is if you count on buying in a store get to know the people there first 😢 The maestro suspension design is quite good I was surprised when I switched the dps for a 185x55 dvo coil I was thinking it wouldn't be progressive enough but exactly the opposite happened. It's a large alloy 2023 trance x 2 29 with some upgrades its now only 31.22 lbs...
It's a bummer to hear about your experience with your local dealers. Regarding the bottom out issues, I'd suggest upping your spring or adding air pressure. Giant's are typically really good at not having a noticeable bottom out if the sag is set between 25 and 30% so you might just need to tweak the shock
Their build specs weren't great in 2023... 2024s much improved. I was interested in getting it as a framekit but that 2024 framekit colorway is gross lol

The Trance X should have the rear travel bumped up to 140mm or even 145mm.

I love the frame colorway but certainly understand it is a polarizing one.
