I wish our HOA was strict about our no pets covenant!! 🤬 Great video! Would have to crunch some numbers on the monthly fee and the inclusions (paint, roof, landscaping etc).
35 minutes from shopping would be a deal breaker for me. Looks like a lovely community though.
