For a $400+ air purifier it cleans well but this company charges a ridiculously high amount for any of the replacement components and while following these directions the electrode generators will still break (I’ve gone through 2 In 4 months), and the porous screen had 2 holes in it after just 4 months of use. They’re making every dollar they can on every single piece so be prepared
I've used these [I have three] for several years. Never has a screen broken! These do non-stop purifying 24/7 in our home. I have had them serviced each once in five years. I consider that an excellent track record. Filters are made to wash and re-use continuously without replacement except for the carbon filter every several years. That has worked like a charm, not the continual replacements that virtually all other units have. Also, their customer service is fabulous! Excellent communication and service. VERY happy with our units AND they back up their product with reliable and timely service.
