I recently purchased this humidifier and received it early August. I have been loving using it for about a 1/2 mo. Now. Recently when refilling the tank, I found what looked like mold in the water chamber. I have only used distilled water and have used the purify setting everytime I poured new water in. Is this normal? If so, are there videos on how best to clean the humidifier? The humidifier has remained on smart mode and has been filled with water continuously.

I buy Chinese electronics all the time, but if you’re going to be deceptive and straight up lie to people for no reason, I think I’ll go with one of your competitors instead.

Install Composite catalyst after a SUNBATH for 1-2 hours? I'm confused, it never said how to wash that part. Why does it need to sit in the sun?

My Airdog 5 in my 8x12 closed room removes skunk odors and petrol odors from a nearby bus terminal. The only problem I had recently is cleaning the metal collecting plate enough so that it does not sputter. Before it always ran silently and now it occasionally still sputters even though I've cleaned it three times, and the last time - upon recommendation - using the "Awesome" cleaner. I'm going to keep running it to see if eventually the sputtering dies down and maybe even stops completely. Other than that this is an awesome device, thank you.

I am so disappointed. I ordered X5 and tried to connect to the app, but it is not working. Got a response from the AirDog Team "The X5 units do not have wifi capability. X5 only operates thru the main unit's operation button or remote control." It is so misleading posting a video on your channel for a product that actually does not have the capability you are claiming it does. The Remote is not working junk. Has a WIFI button on it ?!?!. The machine is great.

The cleaning process isn’t that simple if you have the old collection plate and it takes sometimes more than 24 hours to completely dry.

I allow the components of the collecting plates fully dry before re-assembling it.

How do you get replacement filters? I don’t see them sold on your site.

I love mine, It’s a great unit. I do think it would benefit from having a little holder to have it held in place when making turns and sudden stops. That’s the only gripe I have with it. Otherwise, it’s a great product.

What about the mask itself: is it washable? If so, what is the lifespan per mask? If the mask is not washable, then how easy is it to change the old mask for a newer one, and will I receive an additional amount of new masks when I place a new order? Thanks

So many people ask what this lovely product is when I wear it and many people have decided to look into/buy it. I’m not even kidding you, having asthma and wearing a mask is a nightmare, but the fact that this pumps HEPA fresh air into the mask, I could have this thing on forever. I’m so glad you guys looked into the battery issue and created a battery booster to increase run time with this unit. I couldn’t be happier. I love it.

I love mine. I don’t care how long masks will be mandated even after I refuse to take mine off. The filtered air makes a huge difference and it works so well. No regrets. Thank you for this wonderful product I absolutely love it.
