Hi Jay! Thanks for sharing your story. I think it's important for those who have had "realization" to talk about it. While each story is as unique as the "person" telling it, there are also many similarities. And I do feel it helps, even at the level of identity, to have some inkling of how things can appear. It's not too hard to see that separation from All That Is, seemingly, has had a painful affect on the collective. And so it would stand to reason that when a person is aware and able, that they would reach out to assist those still struggling. Heart work is the great work in my experience.

Hi Jay: I had scheduled some time with you but I declined because I wasn't sure that my finances were enough to "invest in my awakening". But, I resonated with your story about honeymoon endings, depression and psychedelics. I've had all these experiences, and started getting serious after experiencing depression and emotional pain from relationships. I've been on the nondual path for a few years, studying teachings of Nisargadatta and meditating each day. Had a small breakthrough last year, as my chakras opened, but I still haven't experienced the body mind as not being separate from all. When I do self enquiry, and look for the I, I know intellectually that the I means I am everything but it's not experiential. That's what I wanted help with. But now, I'm saying hello to you and keep doing your thing!

It gives us not only insights into our true essence and the nature of reality but how to spiritually evolve. Difficult read, my guru wonderful interpreting of it which he has on spotify and youtube. Definitely not an easy read for sure. I couldn't get through too much without asking myself real questions about my present experience.
