Had to watch this a second time at the 5 minute mark. I like the 10 inch Holmes fan and both of the Honeywell fans. From my experience with working in the past, in the mail room was, there was also a Holmes oscillating 12 inch fan in the basement, dated January of 1999 that was kept on high speed so that it would help the A/C and the air circulation and the computers wouldn't heat up, it stayed pretty warm, even in the Winter. When I could finally use it, I had to clean off the grills and the blades. We had that and both the Honeywell fan and the Holmes Blizzard oscillating fan, both were discarded or thrown out because the motor seized up, but we kept the 12 inch Holmes oscillating fan and it was still there and was being used from when we moved to the old bank building, the old Union Bank, up to my last day of being a mail room clerk, March 17th of 2017. Aside from that, even though I hate New Year's and Valentines Day, more than Halloween and Elections Day, Happy New Year's and I look forward to seeing more of these videos in 2023 🙂👍.
Thanks! Sounds like those fans well served their purpose. The Holmes 12" oscillating fans made in the 90s were quite reliable; it certainly makes sense that it was able to easily outlive the smaller fans. Happy New Year to you as well!

Wow, great job with recording and editing all this, it feels on par with the stuff from channels that hire dedicated camera people and video editors! I’m impressed with the variety of different fans too, it too gets better and better each year. I really need to stop making my “special” videos at the last second, I tried uploading my end of the year special last night and my wonderfully abysmal DSL internet has only uploaded 33% of it so far…
Thanks!! I don't blame you; I'm guilty of doing the exact same thing. I delayed the production of this video a bit too much this year, and ended up having to stay up all night yesterday to finish editing it. My internet's upload speed isn't the greatest either so uploading took a long time too. Didn't get a second of sleep but I think it was still worth it lol. Happy New Year!
@@TheSuperFanMan yes we were. They are way more AIR MOVERS than a ceiling fan!!!! Which I love in Texas 100 degree summers. Also I like the noise. I have a fan running in my bedroom 12 months out of the year.
@@TheSuperFanMan Yeah, As for Jordan U whenever he goes to showcase a fan, It never goes well. I hope the Garrison will work nicely and not cause a blooper right at the start. Wow you have a lot of fans lol! Nice job with the video, I really like how you focused on the fans and had nice backgrounds and stuff! Now you just gotta ditch some of the new stuff and get yourself some more brass era stuff! ;)
Thanks Colin! Man, if only brass fans were less expensive, I would be all over them! My wallet cries a little whenever I buy a brass fan lol. Happy new year!
Happy 2023!! Great collection you have man! I feel like there’s always gonna be a fan collection video every year lol. How long did it take u to do all this?
Thanks Matt! Happy New Year to you as well man. Yep, I don’t plan on stopping this yearly tradition anytime soon! The video sure took a lot of time and work to produce.. I think more than 5 days of filming, and over 15 hours of editing the video and audio.
I'm thinking it's mainly due to the differences in our video-making processes. But you certainly don't always need an extensive production time for a video to be great!
@@TheSuperFanMan You definitely do put a lot of time and effort into making this. For some reason it takes me a lot less to make my montages. Someday my montages will be more like yours lol

1:44-2:15....Please help me find a fan like these!! I have one similar called “Chill Out” and it stopped selling. I Love it but cannot find it any longer!
I would say eBay or local buy/sell sites are the best options to find one. The ChillOut name is just a successor to the previous Duracraft and Honeywell names. Design wise, they’re pretty much the same, though the older ones are better made.
@@TheSuperFanMan Thank you Very much. Yeah I got the chill out fan through Amazon and absolutely love it! That model style is so close to those you have in your video. Amazon was so “easy order” lol. Thanks again
No problem! “Air circulator” just a name given to fans that can move all the air in a room. Typically this is either done by raw power (like large floor fans) or by using a special shrouded design to concentrate the airflow so it travels much further than, say, a conventional oscillating fan. Vornado makes a lot of these types of air circulating fans.
