A great kite with everything you need to start flying immediately. If you can snag someone to show you a few setup, launch and basic control, that's great, but if not there are plenty of videos here to show you all you need to know. I setup, launched and flew by nyself and although I was all over tje place at first, once my nerves settled down I was having a blast! Addicted ever since. That was about 20 years ago.

I too am working on my cartwheel launches and have to do the walk of shame. Besides, the spreaders usually pop lose after each crash and still have to walk to the kite to re-install them.

How does it do at tricks? Axle? Lazy Susan? Snap stall? Just curious. I have all the prism lites and considering this one.

Next time, attach the lines. roll the kite towards you so the lines come under the kite and over the back towards the nose with the nose facing you and the kite belly down on the ground. Unwind the lines back to where you will fly... straps in hands, step backwards and the kite will unroll and be ready to launch. No need to stake and walk and stake.

Thanks for the video! Is the window just wherever you are facing? How do you find it?

Alright, so I’m not a pro but first try feeling were the wind is coming from and face the opposite side of the wind then launch your kite and where it’s the highest is where the middle of the window is, anyways thanks for coming to my Ted talk

The wind window is directly downwind of you. So wind at your back.
Now....edges of the wind window depend on a few factors, but here is an easy way to visualize and get started. Put your arms out and creat about a 90-120 degree angle with your arms. Use your eyes to follow out from your fingertips the length of your flying lines. That will give you a rough idea of where the edges of your window are.
You can also find your wind window by flying. :)

I just picked up the Quantum 2.0 limited edition from kitty hawk kites (Google them) for 149.00 and it came with line set, line holder, wrist straps & a small bag of repair parts. I ordered it on Sunday night and FedEx tossed it on my porch Tues morning. Excellent all around kite that you will get hundreds of hours of flying out of.

the lines were CORRECT, maybe you need to understand how to fly a kite, attach the kite to the lines, lay the kite face down, walk backwards as you unwind the lines, out the winder in your pocket and launch!

It's a matter of preference. I understand now why Prism winds it that way initially. Easier for beginners. All my lines are wound up handle side first. Quicker for get flying that way. I no longer use a stake either.
