What a tremendously mistitled video. Should be called "Colorful Reading of: Monk." Or something like that. Can't call it a guide as it doesn't really go over feats or really provide guidance on making choices. Can't call it a "how to play" because it didn't go over any actual monk gameplay. No one is going to watch this and come back with a greater understanding on what to do on their turns. This video should only be taken as entertainment.
Meh, I found it informative. It at least gave me an idea of what the class is about. I've been trying to figure out what to play in my upcoming Pathfinder game and this channel has helped a ton, even if my takeaway is "hey, that sounds like a fun day style, let's do some more research" 🤷
This is just reading of the level up descriptions. Unless blind, they could just check the SRD and read it for themselves. Not useful to any player or GM.
Many people, such as myself, absorb content better when it's being read out loud. The comedy in it makes it easier to digest than just bland text. To each their own though, I personally found it helpful.
