Great interview 🤘What kind of world is this where living legends who have influenced so many bands and made so many people happy for the past 40 years have to worry about making enough money just to get by? I wrote DRI a letter around 1988 or 89 telling them how much they meant to me, and Kurt wrote me back with a hand-written, 2-page letter, and man, that meant everything to this scrawny teenage metal kid living out in the country. I still have the letter today :)
@@Mr_Clean yes i know , enigma too but I’m just saying they could put them on there again or nuclear blast we’d love some new D.R.I. …hell even one of those European labels Napalm could pick them up

Que buena entrevista, diablos siempre quise ver a D.R.I. ellos tienen razón cuando hablan de promotores algunos son muy desordenados, lastimosamente pagamos los Fans y hay muchos que están en contra de ellos, pero la experiencia y los años, les hace ser más serios al momento de llegar a un acuerdo y establecer un contrato, que bueno que se mencionó a Thrash Family y las Pupusas, envidia de la buena Meme

Saw them in the early 2000's in Seattle, the whole band was cool except the drummer who was being a deva over a drum stick. I mean we all have our moments right???

I met Kurt in 1992 at a show at the Omni club in Oakland. He was so cool...exactly like he is here.

This was a treat! I partied with Kurt and the rest of the band New years Eve 1989 at their Manager Ron's house in West Covina, good times
DRI is so good live, definitely catch them on tour when you can. So much fun.
