I recently picked one up from an ad on marketplace. The seller was asking $55. I knew what he had but he didn't. I told him it was worth much more than that and I offered him $100 I couldn't in good conscience walk away with feeling like I ripped him off, but he insisted on $55. I said than take $75 but he wouldn't take more than $55. So I bought it took it home, I changed the nut saddle and pins over to bone, and adjusted the neck. It plays and sounds amazing. Better than my Ibanez acoustic that I bought new in 2003 and paid over $600 for. It is my go to guitar I play every day. I absolutely love this guitar. 7:467:46
I've also grown up with one of these and am mid 30's. Finally got it in playing shape after all these years and man, I love it. I REALLY want to hear how it stacks against a D-28
I bought my F 210 in the late 80s. brand new, and I still use it today. You can play leads on it like an electric. The fret board is a bit gouged out now, but I like it, it helps me bend or vibrate the strings easier. :) I love my F 210.
I own a 1982 F-210. I learned to play on it. Today, in 2024, is sounds incredible, because the wood as aged and mellowed. While it doesn't play as well as the more expensive guitars available at the time, as this video proves, it sounds like a top-end vintage guitar.

Mine i bought new in 1985 for $180. Still sounds amazing. And i also guessed the right guitar in the sound demo. I guess I really know the f10 sound.
Thanks for the video! Love the message. Just picked up this guitar from a friend to get back into playing. What strings are you using on it?
