Stoped making videos for a long time there bud don’t really have all the time in the world to put max effort into it at the moment but it will get there someday everything takes time!
Now where’s the button to shut abs off? Pesky feature has caused many incidents where I have found myself suddenly relocated in the ditch. I guess that’s what happens when only one side of the system works.
Well I honestly love this video you could make another video about putting the manual to m5. It will make your truck stay in v8 mode. Instead of having to run v4
StabiliTrak® automatically intervenes when it senses loss of lateral traction. Key benefits include: Helps the driver maintain control of the vehicle during certain low-traction driving conditions on loose, snowy, icy, wet or uneven road. A traction control system (TCS), also known as ASR (from German: Antriebsschlupfregelung, lit. 'engine slippage regulation'), is typically (but not necessarily) a secondary function of the electronic stability control (ESC) on production motor vehicles, designed to prevent loss of traction of driven road wheels.
Most basic definition would be this. Traction control helps prevent tire spin, stabilitrak helps prevent loss of control. Stabilitrak kicks in when your trying to drift, as an example.
Nothing new here. If you read the owners manual, you would've known about this. Additionally, as it clearly reads in the display, it's Stabilitrak, not stabletrak. Teach me something the manual doesn't tell you.
I turned mine off and did 88mph and I went back to the future. Thanks kid!
question. where did you end up exactly and if you go back again would you mind taking me back to the future . I mean if you have a spare seat
Should be called "the hidden switch and the first and last time you will see my channel"
Hold in the tow button on the shifter until Grade Braking turns off .. :)
Some have a separate button for that mine does
Thanks wasn't aware of this. Great video keep them coming
The self destruct button.
Mine gives me an extra 500HP
1 :01 of my life I wish I had back.
Fuck.
It’s in the manual ya plug.
So hidden it's in the owners manual
Yup. He is just fishing for views and subscribers. It makes him moist. He is trying too hard to be a TH-cam star.

I did not know this. Thanks
Thank you. Didn't know that .
And unless you get under the hood and pull the ABS it will still engage and stop you from spinning. It just delays it a little
Good to know. I was too lazy to drag out the manual
My 08 Silverado does the same thing. What's so special besides it being what I call the "fun button" lol
bret carlone Is that really what you call a fun button?
Jokingly yes
When the nannies away, we can play.
Wow
and then stabilitrac automatically turns back on once u get up to like 30mph...
Nice
Hidden in plain sight. Scandalous
U mean the burnout button! LoL
Michael Martin yep hahahaha
Oh yeah, the burn out button..... comes standard on every chevy truck..
4WD Low Range will shut them both off automatically
I pressed mine and it automatically voted for biden?
😂
You must live in Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania or Michigan. Im sorry
NOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Ya. It's in the owners manual lol
Stabilitrack not stabletrack.
hahaha
Lmao, cant read the i in the name..
so if you turn off the stab trak what does that do for you or me?
ya but it comes back on after the trucks reaches 60 km/h
Is yours is a 2014?
Also turns back on once 35mph is exceeded...least on the 2018. Not good
Until u hit 30mph
I thought he found something that kept it off.... Sad :(
Is that just on certain years? My 2013 GMC can have traction and stability turned off all the time.
Thats the tires conservation switch. Duh!
How is it hidden?
😯😯😯😯😯😯😯😯😯😯
My dash chimes, lights up like a Christmas tree and both turn off almost everytime I drive it.
Mine did same thing, had the negative battery cable replaced and it doesn't do it anymore. No just need to figure out the transmission issues!
Stable trak......lmao
Now where’s the button to shut abs off? Pesky feature has caused many incidents where I have found myself suddenly relocated in the ditch. I guess that’s what happens when only one side of the system works.
Lol. You could just cut the wires to your wheel sensors, or pull the abs fuse....
How is that a hidden switch??? Maybe its hideen for you!
He's trying to build his channel man give him a break lol
Because it doesn’t tell u to hold it and most people don’t read the manual
I pushed the "bed wash" button next to it but the light just comes on.

zippplok I'm so sorry you bought a ford didn't you?
I thought it was hidden?
Try reading the owners manual. Duh!
It's not a hidden switch. And it turns itself back on at 30 MPH...
Hidden
No shit Sherlock. 😄.
Stabilitrak not stable trak
What the hell is the difference stable control and the other one

Traction control = burnout
Stabilitrack = donuts
Simply satisfying differences
avery knight ROF-LMAO 👍

So annoying lol
Had no clue wouldn't drive a Chevy anyways
Can't believe I wasted my time watching this video.
Why would I need to do this?
