hello dr. i'm from the philippines.male and 50 yrs of age.i was diagnosed this october 2022 of functional movement disorder ( ataxia) based on physical exam by my nuerologist and from what i'm experiencing symtoms..i was not able to get MRI because i have an implanted wire in my right elbow since 2010..i got negative results of EMG NCV and EEG TEST and even cranial CT scan . as of now i lost appetite but i keep going on a daily exercises and once a week physical teraphy at a hosp ..is it ok for me to take food supplement and what's the best? i also take meds as prescribed by my nuerologist..
