To be fair, I don't think teams should value RISP stats very heavily. It is a smaller sample, and you would rather just put your best players out there every day. Dubon most likely wouldn't keep these stats up over a larger sample.
This Monday they are bring Abreau back from the minor league. In 2 minor league games he has no hits. They are sending Singleton back down who has been pretty decent lately. It also means less at bats for Loperfido; who has done really well in the playing time he has gotten. He needs more at bats so they can develop him and he can get into a rhythm and gain more confidence.
Also one thing that i think doesnt help is Jose Abreu on first as he has been terrible both at the plate and at first base (it is bad when your bench replacement has an ops+ around league average but is some how over a 100 points better than your everyday guy). While Altuve hasnt been as clutch as he has been years prior i think this will change but it makes sense since he is the lead off guy (a side note while i dont know if he will keep the pace he is at if he does he would actually break his hit record which would be cool as it would help in his march for 3000 hits).
You didn't mention Mauricio Dubón... Who is the MLB leader in RISP and somehow keeps getting benched.

We have 2 (possibly/ maybe if we’re lucky) decent 1st baseman right now, neither of which are the guy we are paying almost 60 million dollars
Welp
Correa, Springer, Gurriel were clutch.
Their entire pitching staff is injured duh
Lmaooooo the bats are literally dead with RISP but sure
