Seeing how the like goal is nowhere near being reached almost a year in, I fear this is the last episode. Thank you for all the hard work you put into this series, it was a great watch from beginning to this point!

Your return had impeccable timing; this was a fantastic gift for the holidays! Especially since it gave Ash a long overdue triumph in the Pokémon League. Doubly so with him beating Alain (the XYZ fans are sure to love you for that). And props to Misty for pushing Alain to his limits. Kanto Supremacy for the win. About the only thing I wish happened was Ash catching that Shiny Phantump. It would have given Ash an actual Ghost Pokémon and another shiny. Take as long as you need or want for the next video. If it turns out to be as great as this, then I see no need to rush.
I really wish he caught that Phantump, would have also been his grass type. XY was the first time he didn't catch a grass type (or even starter), so it would have been an awesome replacement. I love Trevenant, would have been cool to see it.
Good catch! Phantump definitely would have had potential to be a powerful battler. Given his movepool, he’d probably require more strategy to use effectively.

Understandable that this took so long to make with all of the elements and I’m glad that I stuck around to see it because this was the arc I was most excited for for 2 main elements that I was curious about you tackling: Greninja and the Kalos League. The main questions I had were “Would Ash still have Ash-Greninja now that he already has a Water Type Starter on his team?” and “Would Blastoise being around give Ash the win he was ROBBED of in Kalos?” And I gotta say, you did an excellent job providing answers, logical reasoning for the answers, and thensome. Definitely my favorite What If video so far! Stellar work!

That at least gives you an endpoint for this series (unless you do something for Paldea, which... we'll see, I guess?). Another fun watch and it's always interesting to see how much of a role the TRio play in the travels of the boy from Pallet Town.

We were patiently waiting and we were humbly rewarded. This video was definitely worth the two year wait. Ash's Kalos Battles were always one of the most epic in the series. Although the game was very underwhelming, especially with the lack of mega evolutions.
Not my favourite series of yours but it is still put together so well. Your effort really shows in the quality of your content and I am always excited to see a new video of yours.
Another thing to note: Charizard wouldn't be as disrespectful as before since Blastoise would be able to keep him under control far more easily than Pikachu ever could..

God this video reminded me why this is my favorite seasons/s Honestly I wish this is where their story had ended with Ash actually winning in the main timeline. Its super dramatic and has by far the best side characters and bond with ash's pokemon.
