I bend my knees not my back, my backs fine,straight back bent knees will do no harm, but crawling round a scaff and twisting your back for different fitting would be a problem. I’m all good mate you worry about yourself. But thanks for your concern 😁

Nice one mate I will do, I only use a drill ratchet,spanner tape measure lol obvz harness and ppe. Thank you 😊

You keep bending down to much and not undoing fittings once your down there.. not very efficient
