Her vocal range is on another level and she is a far better singer than her sister, Neha. Unfortunately, she never got the recognition that she deserves.

She is Sonu Kakkar. Even I was mesmerized when I heard that. Unfortunately she is not that famous instead her sister is a well known playback singer which she deserves to be but Sonu Kakkar didn't get her due.

Sonu kakkar is a sufi singer and a shy person. Elder sister to Neha kakkar who otherwise sings commercial songs. Sonu kakkar chose to remain a lil secluded due to her sufi mastery. Vishal Dadlani chose to sing with her because she has the power and the potential to turn a song. God bless this song. Its one of my favourite.

@@jasjotsaluja8026 It's not hard to understand though. Not enough talent making it to the top these days. Great singers are all in hibernation while mediocrity or disaster climbing the ladder. It will all end for the better though. Sonu is the best voice but looks like producers only care about instant money through remixes nowadays and Sonu doesn't fit well in there.

Sonu kakkar is the most underrated singer of this era, her siblings have successfull she only served as an inspiration for her siblings, but she is hardly been appreciated by this industry
Her siblings are shit compared to her but smart enough to capitalize the shitty taste of this generation jo remixes pr zinda hai. Don't think she can sing Jawani teri Bijli ki Taar hai. Lol.

Sonu Kakkar unfortunately is very underutilized! And has only a couple more really well known songs. It's her sister Neha Kakkar who has gotten popular with her remixes in Bollywood.

It's Bhushan Kumar of T-Series and other prominent music company owners like Sony Music who are responsible for the downfall of Bollywood music and letting people like Badshah, Neha Kakkar and even Salman Khan to sing (of course with autotune) rather than actual singers.

'Madari' is one of my favorites & the best of the best in Coke Studio. Madari & Pinjra are one of the earliest & favorites of mine in Coke Studio which i used to listen on repeat. I used to ask reactors to do this earlier but until recently nobody reacted to this gem. The first time i heard this i was blown away & mesmerized with the vocals of Sonu Kakkar & it has stayed same till now & will remain so. It's not easy to overshadow such beautiful rendering from Vishal Dadlani but Sonu Kakkar is in a league of her own in this one, absolute masterclass.
It is one of the best songs coke studio has ever produced and yet it is so underrated in terms of views.
I think this is one of the most killer songs coke studio india ever came up with..... Absolute fire..

It's a beautiful composition and a great reaction 😊😍🙏 (though the audio had issues n most of us don't have eardrums anymore🤪) The only downfall is how u fixate about one person(Sonu Kakkar ji 😍🙏is seriously underrated so no complaints about that) and that becomes almost your entire reaction(sometimes). Mentioning that only because not even the other singer's name, Vishal Sir's (the music director duo Vishal Shekhar) was even mentioned except for before the video started.

That's the simplicity and complexity of Indian Classical music. The ease at which western instruments are collaborated with the Indian instruments at the same time the difficulty in understanding of Indian Music. I have never seen a Western Ensemble with Indian instruments. Hope to see that soon.
