Is it only me that is more than half way by and I just can’t get invested in story? There is nothing special about Emilia, she is reckless without any reason and I can’t figure out how she as a teenager can just trick all monsters and princes like that in one second? Also she is not special in any way and I can’t se why Wratch would be I interested in her? Everything happens so fast but rally nothing happens. It starred of so good and just slowed down a ton in the middle? I’m so annoyed by it that I really force myself to finish it haha
So i guess it's only me thay felt meh alittle about tgis although it was one of my most anticipsted.i feel like it had a strong begginig yet weak ending and not that bad. I just expected more. But damn i'm so agree about being a trash for this kinda relationship😂
I enjoy the book. The concept is great! The set up is great! The story telling is good! The archetypes are good. BUT I do think it is HORRIBLY written. I hate how simplistic and straight forward the author is. I would definitely give it like a C-

I do a mix of audio and physical books which definitely helps! I also set a goal when lock down started to try and read 100 pages a day
