Happy Friday to you my friend . That looks so peaceful and relaxing . Nothing like the simple joys of life. It’s wondering when your able to just be and relax 😉. God bless you. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
"Very little indeed is needed to live a happy life" - I think Emerson or Aurelius said that. So true. The simple life is a rich life. God bless Elizabeth. Thanks for your good vibes!
Great simplistic build. Looks clean. Most items stowed under the cot or in the rack above reduces clutter. Makes it easier to relax. I like the projector idea. And the chilling, reading, sun bathing, or just photographing the scenery from a higher vantage point from the roof. 😎
I'm still figuring out where I want everything, or what makes sense to me. But it's working great so far. And yea! The roof rack was a real good choice. Also, if I'm sunbathing and listening to my bluetooth earbuds the bears and critters can't get me :)
Aloha fellow vanlifer. I just came across your channel yesterday and watched a few videos. I'm enjoying them. Your philosophy and outlook on life is similar to mine, but you articulated a lot better than I can. You seem like a cool and laid back guy who carries little to no stress. I like that. I'll continue watching your stories and your adventures and say hello from time to time. Until then, happy travels hoaloha 🌺 PS. I have a silver 2014 Dodge Grand caravan with homemade screens that look just like yours 😁
Right on brother. Haha. Those screens are almost fail proof, but the wind can blow the screens off. We get some strong wind in Colorado. I appreciate the compliment. I'd consider myself to be laid back, but I still stress every so often. Learning to let go of a lot of that though and do what makes me happy and foster peace of mind. Best of luck with everything Keoni. Thanks for watching my videos.
@@themoodyvids hey Steve, I don't have problems with my screens, I accidentally bought super strong rare earth magnets. They hold the screens on very well, but when the magnets stick together, it's almost impossible to get them apart 🤪
Hey Steve..really beautiful country up there. A make-shift screen could be set-up pretty easily on the back of the van. You might have to toy around a bit, but it should work. Never heard of anyone using a roof-rack for chillin' and sunbathing...but why not? Cheers!
The roofrack isn't, like, super comfy. And I dont have a small ladder yet to get up there so I kinda hoist myself up there. I think I'm gonna make a customized mattress or something to put up there. I've had some beautiful moments watching the sunset on top of that thing. Thanks man, yea, I think a white sheet or a screen will work. It gets windy here in CO so depends on the weather also :)
@@themoodyvids I was wondering about the roof rack, because you are a pretty tall guy. But yeah, maybe a little custom-fit memory foam would do the trick?
I had to replace a camshaft phaser in the motor and fix a part that regulates cooling my oil. Other than those expensive fixes, it drives great. The all terrain tires make me feel comfortable on those back roads too. So those are a definite upgrade.

Thanks Suz Maca. Glad you like it.
what about the reliability of yr dodge caravan?
