Day 2 of The Florida Loop on The Caloosahatchee River to Moore Haven

Deb and I make our way east through another lock and cruise to Moore Haven, where we find a very eerie chapel and have some good pizza.

Operating hours are from 6 am to 9:30 pm daily, unless otherwise noted in Coast Guard published "Notice to Mariners." Hail locks on Channel 13.
There are five locks on the Lake Okeechobee intracoastal waterways (from east to west):

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately, it was Sunday night, and everybody was closed. Plus, we were walking and really unsure of that whole area when we search things on Google maps those are the restaurants that we could find close by.

Moorehaven isn't exactly one of the safest towns in Florida.
