Thanks for the helpful info! My problem was the sound control mode (the alarm clock kept turning off after 5 seconds). For anyone else encountering this, the solution is shown at 2:35 (just double press the DOWN button). Thanks again! :)

Brigtness Setting:
Q1: Can it be much dimmer?
Q2: I've already set it to the lowest level and it's still too bright at night. Any advice?
A: Hold "UP" button for 3 secs to enter brightness setting. There're 3 levels. L1 is the lowest while L3 is the highest.
We're really sorry that we've already try out best to set L1 lower and lower.
If you still find it too bright at night, we recommend you to turn on sound control function at night, and turn it off at daytime.

Does the time adjust 2x a year for daylight savings time? And if so, does it change on the new dates they started using a number of years ago? Or do we need to change time manually?
AM/PM Setting:
1. Firstly, you have to set "12Hr" mode in time setting. There's no AM/PM in 24Hr mode.
2. Cycle the time and you will see a small dot light appears at the left-top side. That's the PM indicating light. If it's on, that means it's PM.
About volume setting:
We're really sorry that this clock doesn't support volume setting, we will try to add this function in the next generation. Thank you for your understanding.
I just received mine. Super cute & fits just right on my nightstand but there’s no sound on the alarms. I don’t see any setting instructions as far as turning the alarm sound on/off.
Alarm Setting:
Q1: How to turn on/off alarm?
Q2: How to set alarm time?
Q3: How to make it rings only in weekdays?
Q4: How many alarms in total?
A: Hold "set" button for 3 secs to enter alarm setting. There're totally 3 alarms. You will find "A1", "A2" , "A3". These're the 3 alarms.
You will find something like "oN: A1" means A1 is on, or "- - : A1" means A1 is off. That's the same for A2 and A3.
You can also press "SET" button to turn ON/OFF alarms.
If you want to make it rings only in weekdays. You will find " - - : E" , which means it rings every day, or "oN : E" , which means it rings only on weekdays.

what do you do if the clock keeps showing the year? like my time is there but instead of always showing the time, it switches back and forth between the year and the time

Any idea how can I turn off the LED display? Just feel dont wanna waste the battery life when Im away/asleep.
My temperature is off is there anyway I can change that?
How do you get it to stop cycling between time and year? I just want it to stay on time, not year.

Temperature Setting:
Press "UP" button to change from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
Are there any written instructions? I can't tell what buttons she is pushing.

Snooze Setting:
Q1: How to get in snooze?
Q2: How many minutes when it's in snooze status?
Q3: How to stop the alarm?
A: When alarm rings, you have two options: 1) Press any key ONCE for 5 mins snooze, it will ring again in 5 mins later. 2) Press any key TWICE to stop the alarm completely so that it will ring again the next day.
You can always repeat the same to get another 5 mins snooze.
There's a small dot in the middle of screen. That's alarm indicating light. If it keeps flashing, that means it's now in snooze. If it keeps on but not flashing, that means the alarm has stoped and it will ring again the next day.
Are the humidity and temperature gauging on the room Or outside? Mine says the humidity is 48% but the weather says its 86% outside.

If I hold set for 3 secs it doesn’t go to the alarm setting and if I press it it just goes to dp - 1 or 2 not on and off for the alarm

It's just a sticker, you can tear it off.

I can't get thi thing to set to pm very frustrating 😢
My set button has stopped working, so I am not able to manually set the time, date, year. Anybody knows how to set that? The clock is in working condition. It is now just reset to 12 PM 01 Jan 2014
If you see this how do you get the clock to always stay on. For me it just turns off after 10 secs

How do you turn the fucking sound control off, this is the only feature that I can't figure out.
I can't get my clock to stop blinking.
Why does it ask for a date if I can't display it on the home screen? Sorry but your advertising indicates that possible yet I don't see it.
Brandon black I think they did it because of the alarms. You can set the alarms so it rings every day or you can set them so it only rings Monday-Friday.
In other words, I think it asks for the date so that it knows what day it is.

Q2: Why my clock doesn't display until I touch it?
A: DOUBLE press "DOWN" button to turn on/off sound control function. You will find "oN: Sd", which means sound control is on.
Many customers may turn on sound control by accident. And they will find it not displaying until they touch it. That's not defective, but the sound control function.
Don’t buy it’s literal dogshit no sound and really difficult to program
