@@SilentSounds Honestly, it’s a long story, but the short version is the company I have worked at marketing for six years has been a string of insults, mismanagement, and gross underemployment while dodging me being very transparent on desiring a promotion. The great news is, after 6 months of searching and 3 months interviewing, a larger company extended me an exceptional job offer with great benefits and employing me at my fair level in a role I am psyched to get back to! So I am smiling ear to ear as I work on transitioning my projects and moving on to a proper job offer!
