This one hits home. You just like me frfr. My favorite is also cydra, love updating and improving that deck. Not a fan of red-eyes, but like branded deck and collecting modern. I too keep my cards in tins if they are bulk or for a certain deck. We differ when it comes to organizing though. If I was looking for a card and couldn't find it, (even though I know I have it somewhere) that would eat me alive. Luckily, I am very organized when it comes to that and pretty much know where all my stuff is. Organized in alphabetical order and stacked together with its corresponding type. That's the way for me. Anytime you are looking for a certain card, you pull out the portion of the same type of cards and find it easy due to alphabetical order. It is time consuming to sort it that way at first though, especially if you have tons of cards in the collection.

I think a TH-cam channel or a series selling cards would be really interesting and could definitely garner an audience. I for one am not into Pokémon cards but I find the business side of things fascinating so I think you could definitely find a niche with this.

At the end of the day, looking back and seeing how you spent your time, you'll see that spending the time doing things you enjoy more so then just chasing what makes more money. Money comes and goes but experiences we enjoy wont last , do what makes you happy.

The way I go about money making in this hobby is find cards that are good quality, that are valuable and I know can grade well. Grade them, hope for a great return, they get better once you have a better eye for grading, then sell off the slabs and use that to buy more cards etc

I relate on a lot of your feelings, It can be really hard to make any decent money on this stuff unless you're able to do it to the level of a bigger store where they put every single card up even the penny ones and just hope they get bought with other stuff since they have a large inventory and can do it all in one order for someone looking to like complete a set collection. I also feel with pokemon everyone who knows the cards knows theyre worth stuff so there isn't a ton of money to be made since a lot of buyers are also very strict on the price theyll buy for, plus like you said there's usually only a few cards in each set that end up being good invest/profitables. The covid boom on old cards was good because people didn't buy so many of the older products back then compared to today, there's always going to be a ton on the market since like 2019 sets on esp with pokemon printing so much quantity compared to then. Magic/yugioh can sometimes be better but it just depends on the set, many times its the same thing, a box is like 90% excess cardboard in terms of value, its why I stopped buying product altogether for any games I play. Anyway long winded rant to say I agree and thought about this myself once lol. Looking forward to more vids my man

I buy a lot of singles like V or illustration rares, uncommons or rares if I like the pokemon or art. I'll take anything over tcgplayer where half the time im missing cards from my order lol.

Would you only sell Pokemon cards or other TCGs? I’m personally a big fan of MtG and would be much more likely to purchase something from that game than pokemon. I know you are already putting a lot on your plate with pokemon but still wanted to ask. Either way super excited about videos coming out more frequently. Can’t wait for more

You should run Combination Attack, maybe 2 copies of it. Very good for an aggro deck with lots of union monsters which the X Y Z machine archetype has a lot of.
