I've been to pigeon forge/gatlinburg and loved it. Loved dollywood too.
We are thinking about going to branson and silver dollar city this time but we haven't decided yet

Branson have more attractions out of the strip like the Promise land zoo, Big Air trampoline park, Talking rocks caverns, Sheppard's of the hills and the list go on and on. Also there's a third alpine coaster. There's Branson Coaster. Copperhead and Runaway Mountain coaster.

I’ve grown up going to Branson. Last time I was there was in 2014 until I go again in a few days.
I know this video is from 2018 but just wanted to point out that there are actually 2 shows that offer meals, Dixie Stampede and also the Showboat Branson Belle.

@@Just.D Everything is back just as is was. A tornado did not "take out" most of Branson, yes one hit and messed up some things but it was not as bad as you are implying.

@@dogdays9539 Awesome, i love to travel myself. Got a lot of places to check out. I been through Missouri on my way to Arkansas twice. I'm up in Michigan but will certainly make it a point to go to Branson sometime in the not so far future.

Read thShepherd the hills book then you won’t be confused on some of the names you mentioned that you thought was odd you didn’t mention the Sherherd of the hills live play you pass on the way too SDC. The Baldnobbers were real people

Branson is not as good as it was in 1993 they had some of the best shows and entertainment around now it’s boring nothing to do but shop that’s not what I call a vacation.
