Oh I definitely loved that one, perfect title for the track. From the first key note you can easily get "lost in time" just drifting away lost in memories and thoughts from long ago. However for myself a lot of synthwave can be like that. I was going through a bit of personal stuff so I'm glad to have tracks like this as well as your channel to just unwind and drift away from the difficult times. Thank you once again Jonathan and At1980.
Alright....I'm gonna do my thing......😆 The 4 slow bass notes in the intro that make up the backbone of this song are the exact same 4 notes played in the same succession as in another song you love. Take a moment to think about which one before reading further if you wanna take a guess 😁 Maybe hum with them a little if it doesn't trigger in your brain at first. The Motion Epic - You're Not Ready ! Now you're gonna say NO! They're not the same exact 4 notes, I can hear a difference in the pitch! Ahhh but alas, there is a key change at 3 min 35 seconds in raising everything up about a whole step to be right at the same pitch. You can hear it best if you hum the notes when the sax carries it home at the very end. I don't think it diminishes this song any. TME certainly wasn't the first to use it either. There are only so many possible chord progressions you can make in a typical 4 or 8 measure phrase, so you're gonna see some of the more appealing ones show up a lot. I just thought you might have noticed this one already or if not got a kick out of it since you know the other song well. It's because you featured that one here before that I also know it well 😁
Def Leppard and David Foster got together and watched Top Gun. It's absolutely beautiful in every way.
You get it man.
That's got so many essential elements that I don't even know where to begin but I just got the urge to play my Ibanez
It was just this moment that I learned that cadet Carmen Ibanez in Starship Troopers is named after a guitar model. Thank you for your service Mike 😆

"Its a surprise!" Legendary quote of Admiral Ackbar, after listening to the fifth At 1980 song....
Как же я люблю такую музыку! Музыка ночных городов... Музыка моей души... Твой канал, Джонатан, мой главный по синтвейв👍
Wish this was longer and a bit more fleshed out. Lots of at 1980 stuff. Have they released a new album?
I don’t know if your question is serious or not 😅
What a banger, dayuum
right? earth quaking, soul shaking. I love those songs that sound like an infinte elevator intro. So dynamic.
MVP
The piano at the start reminds of their first album released! Signature sound i reckon
“Somebody Else” should be your next listen from this album. Banger of a song!!
