I believe that there is a fine line from bullying and having a joke. Bullying is when the joke goes too far, or when something is clearly out of hand and no longer funny to anyone. Like a fight breaks out or something. A joke can be as offensive as you want, as long as it’s either true or funny, then go ahead, it’s what’s made comedy great.
