I have XUV700 diesel manual... I am getting average of 19kmpl on highways if drove below 100kmph... within city i am getting 14kmpl... I have calculated the average by tank to tank method.. This new M-Hawk engine is just phenomenal.. if u want average you will get that.. if you are in a mood for power then just touch the pedal and in no time it touches 180... its astonishing to see that even after 140 if you floor the pedal you will get pulled in your seat... Loving it...

It should never have happened considering that the Xuv does not have captain seats at all. Whatever is the cause, the mistake has happened. GNCAP is not the gold standard for testing cars, EURO NCAP is superior as it tests more parameters that's why premium brands don't go for GNCAP. That doesn't make GNCAP testing unreliable. On the other hand GNCAP testing is very transparent, care to check their website. FYI brands like Honda and Toyota use ASEAN NCAP for testing their cars, GNCAP and MIROS have jointly established ASEAN NCAP. GNCAP isn't so small after all. Creta would probably be the last car many own........thank you for the poor safety rating........and before you say anything.........Seltos and Creta are based on same platform and Seltos was a poor performer in safety which is the same thing you should expect from Creta aswell.........

I think I'm gonna stop watching Powerdrift channel. Lately all videos are simply opinions jammed together. You are not providing data. We respect your opinion on the cars, that is a major reason we follow your channel BUT data is important to us. We like if the choice is left to us as well. When comparing cars, we love comparison in detail, more data points, more direct visual approach. Even thought you do that in individual review videos, we definately appreciate if can see all the elements in a comparison video. It helps us work through our thinking process and helps us make decisions more easily and confidently.
Think of it this way. You are using a bit more money to buy a car that has a better chance of protecting you and your family if things go sideways on that Mexico drive.
