Just passed my exam about 1.5 hours ago. Thanks for all your videos! I did have one video pertaining to RESPA and kickbacks. Some things I could or could not remember from studying were... Federal notes that I made were: 1. regarding earnest money is a credit to the buyer on the settlement statement (I didn't remember seeing this in any of my studying.) 2. metes and bounds 3. CAN-SPAM act regarding emailing. 4. using the amoritization table that they provided. Michigan specific questions were: 1. How many days does the broker have to deposit earnest money (2 days from notification). 2. How many trust accounts can a broker have (more than 1). 3. Dividing land under the Michigan Land Division Act.
