Love this video! I used my mixer at 600rpm and got a lot of air in my 4kg mixture, how are you able to get it to 1200rpm without getting air into it and how many minutes in total? Thank you ☺️
Thanks so much for your comment. This is a very good question that you have asked. I have not got air in my formulation. During the homogenization, I do it up to 4 times intervals. I have never gone pst 4 minutes at each interval. So I do 4 minutes each or sometimes 4 and then come down to 3. After that, I do up to two, maximum 3 intervals for the cool down face and I set it to 2 minutes first and then come down to 1 minute. The 1200 rpm is only during the homogenization otherwise the product can separate. Also, I set the speed to 3 during homogenization and come down to 2 during cool down. I hope this helps. Kindly let me know how it goes if you try it that way.
@@BukolaOriola I will try it this evening with a batch of my lotion and let you know thank you! I was under the impression that I had to mix it till it cooled so I mixed for about an hour 😳 I found this mixer from your channel and got it because of your review. Love to see a fellow Nigerian doing great things :) subscribed ✅
@@picklerickstan7613 Wow! Awwww! Thanks so much my Naija person. Yes o. Actually, you don’t have to keep mixing. Once it homogenizes, you leave it to get to cool down state below 40 degrees Celsius and add your cool down ingredients and mix. I don’t even bottle mine right away. I leave it overnight to make sure it’s stable before I bottle. Please, let me know how it turns out. And thanks for getting the equipment because of my review. It was a honest review. In fact, I just got their hot plate too and I used it to melt my butters and wax with oils for lip and body balms.
@@BukolaOriola I tried it and so far it’s looking stable! Last time after 24hrs it was bubbling up like champagne after I left it to settle🥲 God bless you. I am considering getting their scale as well since you like it!
@@picklerickstan7613 Awwww! Nice. I hope and pray it stays stable. Yes, their scale is a life saver for me. It even has a leveler at the back so you can adjust the feet to make sure your measurements are accurate. I love it. Please, let me know how your formulation holds up.
Please I want u to do review on industrial immersion blender.....
