Nice job! I grew up in a split level home my dad built in 1960 and this brought back memories of the beautiful custom wrought iron railings and stone fireplaces that were featured in many custom homes during that time period.

This was a beautiful repurposed home. I love what the owners did to update it! That addition was fabulous! While they did have to update many things, they also were Blessed with some nice things already there, such as the farmhouse sink and stainless appliances.
We also have a 1960's tri level home that we have updated over the past 25 years. We also installed a black wrought iron railing dividing the kitchen and the step down family room.
I love this home and what they did with the floor plan. I don’t usually like the bi/tri level homes of the 70s but they really made this functional and inviting 🥰
My daughter's father-in-law bought her and her husband a home very similar. Hoarders had lived there so when I first walked in with them (bought at auction), I doubly hated it. But she had farmhouse decor in mind and once u walk in, it's SOOO much nicer and looks like a farmhouse. Though they updated the outside, it is still a multi level home 😊

Your home is beautiful with such a unique (at least to me) floor plan. You did a great job videoing the tour as well. Your fall floral garland on the fireplace is amazing. Hope you will consider doing a Christmas tour as well!
Such a beautiful house. I truly loved it. Special thanks for NOT making anything forced distressed. That looks so tacky and I don't know why people do that. A few suggestions that you might consider. 1. The bakery sign. It looks really out of place. 2. A check pattern table cloth for the dining table. 3. Some big size statue somewhere in the living area. That will make it more stylish. 4. 1 or 2 big-size paintings (actual paintings and not photos - or photos of paintings). That will really make your house look even awesome. That's what I feel of course. Thanks for sharing.

Same, we call them split-level here in Southern Virginia also. My aunt and uncle built one years ago and I've always liked it! I've never seen one configured like this one, I love it!
