I love it all. I would suggest hanging the guest room shower rod higher with a taller curtain. The shower head stands out to me, never seen that before so high.
Semi-opened is much better than an open layout, which I dislike. But the semi-opened floor plan gives me the feeling of organization that I need. I just need definite spaces....:)
And she should introduce the pets by name for all of us pet lovers. (Just being funny.)
Hi! My dog’s name is Sammy. He’s a 15 year old yorkie. My outside cats (not in the video) are Tabby (14) and Coco (13). The Siamese mix is Kay (7) and the gray tabby is Milo (6). They’re all sweet little members of our family!

I like your new family home
This home is so nice, it's got a lovely look to the rooms, it's cohesive, and I like that she did the decor in the " guest restroom " as a neutral, adult space, it's so pretty. I don't like a television in the bedroom, either , so that was refreshing to hear her state that.
I think there's a lot of emphasis on things being " Pintrest worthy " when - just IMO - That it's form and function, fun times, and coziness that makes a home .
