In the PC version of "Wing Commander IV", when Vice Admiral Wilford let's you choose to either help in Circe or raid the Speradon shipyard and Panther and Hawk argue about the choice, you've gotta choose "Panther is right" to see and fight these tanks. The Circe missions were cut from the Playstation port however. That being said, the Speradon missions are more interesting for me personally.
