Back then if you were out of shape, fat, or obese you were a minority; now it's the majority. Bodybuilding and exercise in general retards the ageing process. But Bodybuilding / weight training is the most beneficial.

I grew up watching these guys and I am 67! I lost 60 pounds and I am in my best shape since I was 30. Arnold was Mr Olympia. Those guys succeeded due to their passion, dedication and hard work. So glad!

They are action stars who take their part serious when it come to spreading wellness. These three have always been great role models for proper fitness and nutrition routines. Mind and body function better when both are exercised and rested.
Each of them have different set of skills. These 3 stars are my all time favourites. I have watched their all the movies many many many times still I enjoy watching it.

So i took it really hard man the men that was suppose to be a role model to me is no longer here. Months go I'm sitting in my room all of the sudden jcvd pops out first movie of him was bloodsport loved it then sly on Rocky then Arnold Schwarzenegger on terminator I got so attached to them man I even learned how to fight because of them being a kid no lie I was just observing they're moves you know? But yeah I learned alot and still learning the expendables answer our wish having them in the same movies but didn't like the part that jcvd had to die dude I hated that but anyways let me stop talking gotta get back to nba2k21 be save dude.

Wow! Three very different styles of weight training from three inspirational old dudes! It's awesome how their routines are evident in their body shapes and proportions. I'm partial to Sly's workout - it seems very functional with lot's of compound movements. He works that core! Arnie's equipment is on the next level. It looks like an open gym. I figured he would train at home like Stallone.
