I'm involved in a consulting capacity for the project and its been delayed so many times, first by COVID, and then a direct hit by Hurricane Ian. Cool to see it get on the big stage. Should be opened by late summer this year

Eric, at Dover last year, William had to go to a backup car and they did the same thing that they did at Darlington for Chase. I think his Raptor car this year is mimicking that from last year .

I'm not as big a hater of the green AJ scheme from last year that's being carried to cup, but his Action Industries scheme looks SOOOOOO good. One of my favorites in cup
Very respectable tier list. The only scheme I disagree with is the cheddar car. I think the actually picture of the croissants looks way better than the clip art looking croissants. Plus if your going fast you want people to see what your brand is and people are gonna see those actual croissants better than small weird looking clip art. In design you want to catch the viewers eye and I think personally the burnt or design is simple but the croissants picture is way better.
personally I find NASCAR teams constantly changing paint schemes and the myriad of sponsors as detrimental to the sport. Fans need to be able to easily recognize a driver with a fairly fixed paint scheme and sponsor. Like M&M's, like Dupont, that has all been blown away. The only saving grace is HD TV that lets you more easily at least read the car #.
I like Napa car , Kelly blue book, and 41 car both paint schemes, both calling racing cars the 16 and the 31 and you can also add the number 14 Rush truck center paint scheme

Can you imagine actually masking & painting all of those intricate designs? For Jimmie Johnson. I like the Carvana design but, well, anything would be better than that drab Ally car he used to drive.

I agree having some consistency on schemes is good for a young driver like Larson and can help add something that in the future people will see and think “hey that’s Larson” but I would be lying if I said I liked the scheme. It’s far to boring, I know it means something to Hendrick but they can keep the same colors and sponsor and just add something to make it decent.
