    Recently discovered your channel and as a bisexual man I have to thank you for sharing this with us. I’ve only watched a few of your videos and very much appreciate the content. I’ve been married to a both a man and a woman ( not at the same time) and they both were monogamous relationships. The most difficult part of being bi for me is the negation of my sexuality by others because so many people believe one must be either gay or straight. Thank you again for your content and how clearly you express and deliver it.

    So basically practice mindfullness 😌
    Have a non judgmental mentality, listen to your body, accept what you are and are thinking (but acknowledge that that is just now), everything changes all the time (impermanence) and so on…
    Namaste 🧘‍♂️

    • @notdefining
      @notdefining  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      That’s not a bad summary 🙂 these concepts are kind of universal so they apply to everything ☀️ there’s nothing innately difficult about figuring out your sexuality 🩷 it’s just like figuring out whether or not you like the colour blue or the colour red 🌈 it’s the meaning and the anxiety we create around it that makes it so challenging for people 🍃 so aligning with yourself, becoming attuned to your body and your authentic feelings is what it’s all about 🌼 that’s all sexual orientation is anyways ☘️ it’s what you like so yeah namaste 🙏🏽

    Hey Mark, I've just come across your channel. Quite interesting, as also the process of being a coach here made me re-question my values some years ago! Throughout my life I had relationships with girls and guys, including marriage.
    Our society pushes us to be straight or gay, but we should gaslight ourselves, and connect with our hearts and body indeed.
    There's a sense of inclusion when we understand that we like people whoever and however they are. Also, there's a sense of freedom not having boundaries!

    Once again, incredibly validating and these exercises are so good for people who are questioning because it breaks that gendered view of sexuality which really is the basis for confusion. Our bodies know what they want. 👏🏼

    Most attractive people if not all are bi lol but whether they will admit or not is another story

    • @someoneout-there2165
      @someoneout-there2165 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Haha .. why just attractive people? I think it's generally most everyone. You notice when a straight guy is with his bros, there is always gay judgement but alone, always nicer.

    • @Alex-jd2yx
      @Alex-jd2yx 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      yes he did a data analytics about bisexual counts and it was very high, but what im saying is, is that attractive people are most likely to be the most experimental and the most open about it, the data also showed many people go from bi to straight between age of 20-30 @@someoneout-there2165 think it all comes down to cirumstances, even what makes people hateful and bitter tbh

    This is the most valuable video I've seen about this. I feel so embraced❤. It feels so right.
    I'll start applying your tips from now on:
    1-Think about the features you like, regardless of gender
    2-Listen to your body
    3-Choose the label it feels right for you (but remember, sexuality is much more than a label).
    Let's see what I'll get eventually

    "Are you bi?"
    More or less, yes. To be precise I opt not to label myself, but most definitely in the bi spectrum. Took me years to embrace it, but this is how I am born to be.
    I do, however, prefer men better than women over the recent years due to reasons. But I did have genuine romantic and sexual feelings for the opposite gender and that was not a phase. People may simply call this as homoflexible? But I prefer not to label it.
    It's 'queer' that I'm still confused about. 😅

    This is interesting. I don’t have any academic background with these areas but I always wonder and question about it. I always find gender-neutral attractive, or both masculine and feminine attractive. I was asked by mom and her friends whether I like men or women and I always can’t give them definite answer. I’m female, but I don’t attract to “very masculine” quality. I do find any feminine quality endearing. And only 2 times in my life that I experienced something similar to “crush on” are female with mixed of masculine and feminine quality 😂
    Anyways, great video. Thank you!

    I find myself to be sexualy and romanticaly attracted to many different things...
    I am a woman, I like man (mostly androgynous ones) and I also like energetic, dominant, positive, max liberal alternative woman who are physicaly stronger then me and have beautifull feminine features but more of a masculine and dominant energy
    I am also romanticaly atracted to deep, emotional friendships with woman, and I have a wild variety of erothical and romantical fantasies and dreams about (mostly imaginary) people of both genders.
    I am still not quite sure about my sexual orientation, but the term that definitely feels the most right to me is biromantic 💖💜💙

      In those fantasies can you name the emotion that you are seeking to feel in one word? Name it. That is what your body is telling you that you want.

    Is our sexuality in our genes?

    • @notdefining
      @notdefining  หลายเดือนก่อน

      There is no genetic determinant of sexual orientation however there are many complex genetic elements which affect attraction. It’s highly complex. But no, there is no orientation gene.
