I have seen people who talk confidently in interviews but don't do their jobs well after hiring.. there are also people who cannot talk much in interviews and does a very well job later.. It varies from person to person.. we cannot simply judge a person in 1 or 2 meetings. Also big organisations always recruit people on 80:20 ratio meaning they know that only 80% will meet the targets on job and 20% don't.. rest all points I agree 👍
Yes it's a quality content. I have been following Rajiv since a while now and every video of his adds a lot to my understanding and knowledge. If the videos were in Hindi, the views would have been more. But I think he is more comfortable speaking in English. And comfort is also important.
This is really nice Rajiv 🙂. On the 6th one, I always explain the R&R before the interview and ask their interest. Even during the interview i brief about R&R and ask if they are interested. This may be showing less confidence because we hire them for night shift, fronline jobs. I make it simple and clear so that after they join should not feel hard to do the job. Not sure if this is the right way to do it
Hello! I’m 18, I’m trying to grow my family business and I really need to step in now. I wanted to know practical steps to be taken to hire the right people. Like yes I know these are the principles and these are the things to avoid. But I don’t know anything practical and real about business because I obviously don’t have any experience. Could you please help young entrepreneurs in practical business knowledge which would make us understand where to go, what to exactly do and what can help? This would be of great help. This is with regard to running big businesses. :) thank you so much!
I want to join the workshop tomorrow 20 sep at 10 am but is that india time? I am located in Melbourne and can't make it tomorrow at that time. Is there another session or is this the only one ? Thanks
