richtig geil gefahren! Macht echt mega Bock. Bin dieses Jahr mit der ZX-6R ne 1:58 gefahren - endlich unter 2 Minuten. Gefühlt hat es sich wie hier im Video aber du bist ja fast schon an 1:50 dran. Meine Güte, sehr geil!

U know i dont know if u still have ur R6 or a R 6...but im watching the suspension move around in to a corner out...an the bike is so smooth...no wheelie the forks are so solid in ur hands all u got to do is point it what a great handling bike...

U know the reason i wanted to go to europe to race F1 cars...but couldnt give up superbike racing yet...was because in Europe u guys have run off areas...which preserves life a little...i see now look at these beaytifull sweeping corner...i really wish i could have gone to F2...school...what a track...i think that is definetly a large difference from Usa tracks is the corner speeds flow at a much higher rate...where we have long straight aways but they dont flow into super fast corners...ithink when i was a kid watching F1 i noticed that...an it always may be jealous of euro tracks...i like spa assen...all the 4 mile long tracks ...
You are a great rider. Very smooth. The aluminum piece for your Go Pro mount makes me nervous because of the sharp edges. In the event of a crash that piece could slice your carotid artery in your neck. That would be bad. Just trying to look out for you.
That red cloth wrapped around the break fluid container, what does it actually do? I've been seeing a lot of bike pov's with that thing, I'm curious if there's a use for it besides aesthetic? Great vid btw
Trikk How did I contradict myself? The job is to absorb any brake fluid the leaks from the reservoir, therefore it doesnt stop brake fluid leaking out, it merely deals with the consequences when/if it does happen. Accept you’re wrong and move along
The R6 is a world beater...i know the 1000cc bike are now all race ready as before they 20 percent catering to being a street bike...kawasaki being the most street bike of all...sum years ago....like 8 maybe...
U ever get that feeling when u catch a 1000 an go by the guy see ur rear section an oh faac no im not getti g beat by a 600 cc sorry sonny gotta go..bye...the 1000 has to be a littlemore work on turn in if ur suspension...forks are to soft it pops up an pushes to tje out side...if compression is soft...the forks mainly....
Angst darf man keine haben auf der Rennstrecke,sonst ist man da Fehl am Platz. Respekt ja,aber keine Angst. Und früher oder später haut es jeden mal auf die Fresse auf der Renne das gehört einfach dazu vor allem je mehr man auf der Renne unterwegs ist. Mich hat es schon einige mal gelegt,aber teu teu teu ist mir nie was schlimmes passiert,nur Sachschaden das wars. Aber eine 600er ist der richtige Ansatz als Neuling,mach dir einfach nicht zu viele Gedanken dann kommt das schon gut.Trau dich,denn wer 1-2 mal auf der Rennstrecke war will wieder dahin,Achtung Suchtgefahr hehe :D Ich würde mir eine relativ günstige 600er holen und gut ist,Ersatzteile gibt es auf dem Markt ohne Ende wie zmb Ebay,Ebaykleinanzeigen etc,meistens geht die Rennverkleidung kaputt oder Lenkerstummel die Kosten halten sich daher meistens in Grenzen,ganz selten hat man einen Totalschaden.
Did you learn on a 300 and then worked your way up? I just started riding this yr and everyone is telling me that I got a girls bike. (I don't care what they think because it's my life but just want to know if I maybe did the right thing?) Let me know what you think, but I really like how you ride. Great job man!
Keep in mind Murtanio is a racer and the other riders are probably just trackday riders. It's still mega impressive though considering how much time he is making up on the brakes, corner speed and exits. Some pretty big straights that 1000cc bikes have to rip away from him at that circuit. What your seeing is the difference between a fast rider and a really fast rider.

Also a 1000cc is a bit harder to ride: heavier (not much) and too powerful. A 600cc rider can go full throttle when exiting a corner, a 1000cc can't or he'll lose the front wheel and end up on Mars. But yeah, like the other guys said, the pilot on the R6 is really good and others are just normal riders.
It's the rider that's making the biggest difference. For example the BMW guy was probably just learning the track that day; his lines were hesitant and inconsistent, he wasn't using the whole width of the track and his braking wasn't confident; whereas our friend in the video clearly is more confident despite being his second day only: Shorter braking distances and way better corner exits. I've been to trackdays ib my CBR250 where I'll overtake guys in their 1000 cc bikes in corners, only because I've done that track a million times and it's their first or second time there. A few tries later and they're uncatchable once they get it.
great video i still think you should get bigger rear sprockets, more power getting out of the turn and less breaking getting in once you wont have to fight riders till the last second, well maybe you will but too much power aint enough power.

Kommt etwas auf die Strecke an, aber so 15 Liter schluckt sie im Rennbetrieb ;)

Looks like his gearing is spot on, if he puts a larger sprocket on he'll be hitting the limiter before he reaches the end of the straights.
