Regarding Turkey, all numbers seem to be accurate except for the Army. Infantry is serious business there, they have a lot of them, and they are very capable. Turkish Gendarmerie (Jardarma) is almost a second land force, and does a lot of the fighting in the mountains of the south east. I'd put active land forces personnel of Turkey to be around 600k, with half of them being conscripts. They also have a large amount of reserves who have actually seen combat.
Turkey also have 25.000 police special forces who are trained for anti terror operations and actively fighting in cities and mountains againat seperatist terorism. They are well trained as any army’s special operation forces.
Also Turkey and Iran and Israel has indigenous defence industry while other middle east countries depend on import weapons.
What? Are you sure that Turkiye only has M60 tanks??? By no means it is correct for Turkiye which makes me think the other information on the other countries possibly also wrong.
Tank numbers are also incorrect since 2378 actually does not include old stored M48s, if it was; it should have been +3500.

There are errors in the video. There are 17 frigates in Turkey with the latest TCG Istanbul and the number of corvettes is 10, the number of them will be increased to 14. Also, the Turkish army has decommissioned the F5s, there are 2 fleets of F4s, there are F4s in Ankara and Konya, their fleets are still active, definitely. They are not in number like 19. If they were that few, we would not try to buy 40 Eurofighters. Moreover, there are plenty of Su24s in Syria. You did not include them in the list. In fact, planes like the MIG 21 Su22 are in active use.Hİsar-O Hisar-A systems have been added to the inventory of the Turkish army. Official accounts have videos showing their use in air defense units.
i guess the 15 F-5 are of the Türk Yıldızları, which shouldn't really count. And quick correction, we are not buying Eurofighters. Wrong info regarding the man power stats. Turkiye has around 450k military personnel and a small portion of this number are conscripts. Turkiye had a high precentage of conscripts at beginning of 2000s however they gradually switched to professional army completely. However the conscription law still on but the conscripts do not engage in operational activities. There are other mistakes too but i do not want to keep it long. Tank numbers and modernity level of them are wrong, armoured vehicle numbers and models are not accurate either. Rocket launchers/missile systems numbers are also wrong. In short, all numbers are wrong. How do I know? Because I have made extensive research on this topic some time ago out of personal interests. Forth coming from Turkiye example, I think such mistakes are made for the militaries of other countries included in this video as well so I do not find this video informative but disinformative. Excellent and impartial video. Israel's secret weapon is the fact that any major conflict for the Jewish State is an existential conflict. When the conflict is not existential, as with the 2006 Lebanon war, then Israeli forces are much less motivated.
We need not be surprised that Israel has a small navy. In Old Testament times the Israelites often had a powerful army but never a powerful navy. King Solomon's fleet was mainly manned by Tyrian sailors.

In Türkiye conscription is 6-12 months depending on your choice to stay and get paid for the rest or after finishing compulsory 6 months you can leave. Also %75 is a highly incorrect percentage since conscription was shortened critically 5 years ago
I assume many systems of Turkey just outdated systems from basic web-search. just an example they have their own domestic sam's called hisar class and siper class, plus they have their own advanced radars, attack helicopters, ballistic/cruise missile's, whole domestic navy structure including complex domestic sub systems, Im not gonna dive into aerial unmanned systems and variety of precision guided ammunitions. Because basically they have huge inventory of domestic precision guidance kits, bunker busters, etc. The fact is Turkey is the only nato member country in this video, so I believe their military standarts are so much higher and precise compare to the other countries. So from the perspective of Israel, there is only Turkey has chance to ruin their country completely, plus Iran can cause huge damage either to Israel in terms of military escalation and plus World Economy via the gulf blockade.
I don't think the information about Turkey is correct. They have more than what you say in the video. Showing Nato's 2nd biggest army as a syria not makes sense at all. Research better new turkish systems
Syria has a sht ton of tanks, more than Türkiye but they are very old and those numbers probably dwindling as the war continues in Syria.
@@ThisAlias he meant putting Turkey in cup of syria while describing. Not particularly talking about tanks. Turkey’s recent domestic military presence doubled their power.
yeah, and although turkey does have a lot of m60s, most of them are upgraded to modern tank standards with the original 105mm gun replaced with a 120mm gun, APS, and modern electronics, so I wouldn't label them as mediocre. they also have a decent number of leopard 2s
"M60TM" is probably better than Leopard 2A4's by now. Low profile Altay turret, Modular Armor, Engine, Active protection systems all have changed. If you ask me I 'd go for altay turrent + 8x8 apc combination. Age of tanks is coming to an end.

It’s interesting how the focus in the news is about Israel, Iran, Turkey and Saudi as influential powers in the region. Yet, typically Egypt is overlooked.
Given its military, political and cultural power/influence, I think it’s the sleeping giant in the region.
It's certainly sleeping on the Gazans.
Hamas who is an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood is the enemy of the government of Egypt, so there is no reason for Egypt to be part of the conflict with Hamas. Everyone else bordering Israel are irrelevant because in the real world they are weak, Turkey and Iran is far away with no ability to invade Israel, Saudi Arabia is not a military power in the real world. So Israel has no real risk of Invasion.
Egypt is facing too much internal crises and an Army top brass too busy trying to grift money from the economy than run a competent military.
How influential can you be when you rely on US and Gulf Arab handouts?
It's puppet state with a slave military, corrupt leadership, incompetent commanders (who are only good at doing coups and parades), lack of military training, no resource sustainability, and weak economy. Nothing about it is promising. Just an overpopulated hellhole ruled by a warlord

Israel is a world leader in drone technology. Israel taught Turkey how to build drones.
Before Russia was buying drones from Iran, Russia was importing Israeli made drones until the US pressured Israel to stop exporting to Russia.
The world saw Iran's Shahed 136 in 2022, little did anyone know Israel had this technology in the 1990s. Israel sold China Harpy drones in the 1990s. Again the US pressured Israel to stop exporting to China.

Australia does well there and would be rank 10 air force as the quality is equal to the US and the numbers are still high enough to do a lot , over 110 combat planes. Biden bipassed congress to give Israel an additional fifteen billion dollars of aid. Israel is basically an American military base with its own flag.
Funny, but untrue. They had no issue triumphing in 1948 and 1967 when Western weapons were mostly embargoed.

Excellent and Outstanding!!!
I remember Henry Kissinger once the Egyptian army is the only army in the world that could use tactical lessons from the South Vietnamese army.
People really are ignorant about what US aid to israel is actually. Yes, artillery has been provided, especially in this war, but a big part has been in the form of grants where the US outsources some R&D and gets to have a major say in the successes, like iron dome
The us give the wepone because of egypt peace one of the promise that the us give to israel if the pull out from sini was that in any defensive war they gonna bring israel whatever they need...
So israel just active this and on the way buy a lot of wepone.
Iron dome is mostly Israeli technology, US only partially funded the program to obtain some technology.
The Turkish military is incredably tough and dedicated, (or it was before Erdegon who had to undermine it for fear of being overthrown) Poland, out of self defense (and fear that another Trump presidency) spends a significant (for the EU) part of it;s total spending. Israel is losing it's effectiveness under Netanyahu as many of it's nieghbors are ramping up training, logistics and discipline.
Whats the difference between a ship and a boat? "Sir, you can fit a boat on a ship. You cannot fit a ship on a boat." A classmate in a county college science class responded to what we all thought was a rhetorical qusetion from the prof.
Poland is one of the European countries that actually pays its fair share on its military according to NATO's rules, they don't have anything to fear from another Trump presidency. If only all the other Europeans were so sensible.

What’s there to brag about Israel ? Any country could thrive with 4 extra billion US dollars a year. The U.S doesn’t even have health care but Israel does.

Their weapons industry is far more enough to export. Their air defense systems are very good like SPYDER , Iron Dome, David's Sling. Their cybersecurity is pretty good. My country VIetnam bought a lot of weapons from it. Can any Arab countries did like what Israel did? Doubt it
Tanks are not losing importance
But sometimes they loose their turrets ...
@Vorname_Nachnahme when they aren't properly utilized, Russia sends tanks in like Lone wolves. They must be integrated into combined arms warfare using infantry support, active protection and aerial/surveillance units. At least that's what the US/NATO does.

It`s not accurate to say the least - IDF in full capacity is 930,000.
Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev said:
We have offered them (the Arabs) a sensible way for so many years. But no, they wanted to fight. Fine! We gave them technology, the latest, the kind even Vietnam didn't have. They had double superiority in tanks and aircraft, triple in artillery, and in air defense and anti-tank weapons they had absolute supremacy. And what? Once again they were beaten. Once again they scrammed [sic]. Once again they screamed for us to come save them. Sadat woke me up in the middle of the night twice over the phone, "Save me!" He demanded to send Soviet troops, and immediately! No! We are not going to fight for them
That’s because of the terrible command structure of most Arab armies, and also the corrvption and dishonest intentions of the leaders.

@@rees5714 No, he is actually right. Arab leaders have massive distrust for their armies, because they are the one who attain power through coup. Command structure is extremely centralized ( due to fear of coup), thus officers and soldiers cannot improvise on the battlefield.
It's a bit funny because the Turkish army controls an area almost twice as large as Israel in Libya and Syria, using very little of its capacity. Israel cannot control Gaza by using all its power :)
False
Lol did you actually fight or only entered like police or parade army? Also when we compare with fights let's compare with other URBAN environments Mosul(read about it),Raqqa,Aleppo, taking over dense urban environments is harder/longer then taking desert/rural areas(The ironic thing is that Gaza militias got tens of Billions and decades to prepare and were more heavily armed then many of the world militaries, most definitely more then people in "Syria and Libya" you invaded)this is exactly why Americans and Israelis were terrified of Gaza invasion pre Oc7,and the Americans even after came to prevent ground invasion(saying thousands will die, which didn't happend).Second thing is that Israel already broke Hamas rule and controls 90% of Gaza(3 to 4 month the main war with 20 out 24 battalions destroyed),the reason why IDF do not move to the kill in Rafah/Dier Al Balah is political not military...I will summarize by saying all those who military know IDF abilities,I don't ANY NATO army that would have done this even comparable with low losses and fast movements much less world Army but again this is only my opnion.
Israel will occupy Gaza for years to come just like it has before 🤔 Also how do you think the Turkish army will perform in Gaza? No doubt it will beat Hamas, but with less casualties/time than Israel?

There's a great story on how ksa bought those df3s.
If the IDF is so powerful why the Western support then? 😊
IDF is a very powerful military. That's an objective fact.
Running such a technologically advanced military is very expensive and largely dependent on specialized imports overseas.
Israel never fights alone. It's largely dependent on Western powers' support in every conflict it had. Satellites, intelligence, spare parts, munitions, etc.
But there lies its greatest weakness. Such an advanced military is very expensive to maintain. Israeli society is overworked and overtaxed in order to maintain it. Just fighting an unarmed people (Palestinian) dropped its economy by 20%.
Imagine what would happen if it got into a war with its northern neighbors?
By comparison, Egypt is also an incredibly powerful Military. It terms of raw power probably stronger than Israel itself. But Egypt is incredibly poor relative to its size. So it fields a very powerful but simpler military.
This type of army isn't advanced, but isn't dependent on US mood to supply advanced munitions and technology.
Having the most advanced air defense system in the world wont matter when thousands of cheap rockets and drones are aimed at it. Having the most advanced vehicles wont matter if the supplier wont give you the spare parts to continue operating it.
Why not support them??

Israel won its protracted air war against the USSR, based in Egypt in the 1970s and 1980s. Russian pilots and ground crews were active in 1973 fighting under the guise of Egypt, and lost. Israel's air war over Lebanon resulted in 100 kills vs 2 (one Israeli airplane crashed and one was shot down.)
